Cathy is a godsend! My house is always fresh and spotless after I get my clean. I appreciate the check-list which is very thorough. My favorite two days are the month are housekeeping day because I can come home and collapse. I believe that the price is extremely fair AND, I don't have to worry about my cat hen I'm not there! Jamie at MaidPro cleans my house once a month. She does a fantastic job and is always fun to chat with. Sometimes she even leaves a little treat for my cat! Everything looked great but they missed the mud room off of the kitchen. Also I could tell the areas that one of the girls cleaned as opposed to the other. One of the girls was very thorough and the other seemed a little rushed. Two of my bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well, but the master bathroom looked great. The toilet in the master bathroom is cleaned but my other two toilets are not so much. My guest bathroom downstairs looked barely touched. I’m not angry, just a little disappointed in the bathrooms and the fact that the mud room off of the kitchen that my pet stays in mostly wasn’t touched at all, and I just cleaned that floor myself once I got home. I’ll use the service again because I thought that overall the service was worth the value but I’d definitely expect a more thorough clean next time. One of the two girls was great and worked hard, but the other didn’t do very well. If I could get two girls like the one that worked hard I know my house would look great, and I don’t think I would have any complaints. I know this seems like a negative review but it’s really not. The house looked great and I was very pleased with everything other than my guest bathrooms and the mud room off of the kitchen. Overall it looked great. If someone could please call me though. I’d like to clear some things up.

Save yourself the headache - just don't use this company! We scheduled a deep clean of the entire house. This was not cheap to begin with! The 49 point checklist they advertise is an absolute joke. My house was well taken care of to begin with, just wanted a deep clean that I didn't have to do!Here is a brief list of what was missed in our house:1. Basement: Literally only the carpets were vacuumed. Stairs were not vacuumed. No baseboards dusted, no furniture vacuumed.2. Main floor: Multiple areas of crumbs left where they would be easily accessible to clean up, dust left on top of surfaces. The entire main floor was not mopped! The owner cited human error on this one - Human error not to mop AT ALL for a deep cleaning service?! Continued missing floorboard cleaning, front of cabinets not wiped, kitchen sink not cleaned.3. Upstairs/Bedrooms: Many remaining floor boards not dusted, rooms were tidied up but not deep cleaned.4. Bathrooms: Soap scum remaining in tub, wiped around the shampoo bottles, did not scrub. Even hair remaining over the top of the drain. Dust bunnies in the corners, things (ex = toilet brush) were not moved out of the corner to clean.These are all items that were stated they would be done according to their master 49 point checklist.Talking with customer service was a nightmare. They offered to send someone out to re-clean the areas that day. Thanks but no thanks, you have proven your company to be subpar. After many ridiculous text messages (took about 3 times of asking for a phone call before I finally got one), they took one third off of the total quoted price stating "I apologize for not meeting your standards." They didn't meet their own standards they advertise!When the owner finally called me, he was extremely rude. What happened to customer service in a service industry?As one positive, the areas that were cleaned well, looked great, just not sure why that wasn't carried throughout the whole house.Props to you if you read all this - I promise you will be much happier and have much better use of your money if you go elsewhere. Plus, you won't be feeding a service based company that cares absolutely zero about customer service!

I had Maddie come and clean yesterday and she was so thoughtful and I could tell she took her time to make sure everything was clean and tidy. I really like the checklist which allows me to see what she does when she visits and it is really nice to have a spotless home to come home to and then also time to focus on the bigger stuff. We always look forward to Jean's routine visits, when she cleans our home very well while we just get out of her way! Over time, the chores add up, and we only have a limited amount of energy each day. Jean gives us such peace of mind by taking care of all the things we're too tired to do. Each of her visits are so consistent, and she's always asking us if there's any way the Pros can improve their service or if there's anything else she can do before she leaves our home. I appreciate how she consistently presents a professional attitude. Everyone has bad days once in a while, and it takes a lot of skill and professionalism to consistently present a positive attitude with every single visit. This consistency and routine help me to feel comfortable inviting MaidPro into our home for regular cleanings, because I know that all of our interactions with Jean will be pleasant and professional.
