Just ate at the restaurant, been here before pretty ok food and service. Today there was a young man there who seemed brand new with little to no training to take my order. It was excruciating trying to order a simple kids meal. The young man gave as good of service as possible but you could tell he had no training and his managers are pathetic… He even asked for help during taking my order and the manager walked right past him and didn’t even really acknowledge he needed help. He was also the one to cook the food and it came out ok but sloppy as he is the only one taking orders, cooking, and servicing the food. I HOPE THIS KID DOENS’T GET MINIMUM WAGE BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! The management here obviously needs some work.. The review isn’t for the young man, it’s for the store. He gets 5 stars for his effort. They get -5 stars for their efforts helping a young man be good at his job… The Managers should be getting minimum wage here 😂 Disappointing when you see this in your community and this is what our younger generation has for management and remodels ….. 🔥

Hy-Vee typically has all the products I prefer to purchase. Clean stores, helpful employees, and you have the option of full service or self-check out. The prices are about average with other stores, somethings are higher, some products are lower.

Today I purchased the $15.00 BBQMarket Grille ribs… they were awful! More fat than meat, too tough to bite through. So disappointed, I won’t buy them again.

Store was clean and well organized. I like that it's a bit smaller than some of them. HyVee seems to be high priced on most items but they have good sales.

This is my go-to HyVee as it is the closest to my home. I have never had any issues here. Staff is always kind and helpful. Shelves are pretty much always stocked and full. The store itself is always clean and inviting.They just redid the Starbucks in this location, and I haven't had a chance to try it yet. Every time I've gotten a drink at this Starbucks, they've always been kind and happy to help.I will obviously continue going to this location out of convenience, but I would honestly drive to go to this location because I know they'll always have what I need.

Lady in charge on Saturday 01/27/ 24 (4 pm) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She is obviously not able to uphold Hy-Vee standards of consumer service and professionalism.

Clean, convenient location that has everything I need. Only three stars because of the meat counter employees. I'm not sure if these employees are special needs, government sponsored, perhaps ex convicts, or just all around socially awkward. I have had two awkward and frustrating interactions with these people. Not an enjoyable experience. I can sum up those type of interactions with their competitors and other Hy-Vee locations to 0.

This is a smaller Hyvee so don't expect EVERYTHING to be there. But they have a great selection. Meat guys are great!

Pharmacy is open until 8pm but closed early at 7pm due to inclement weather. The people were still there at 7:30pm counting money and such. The weather had already passed and the rest of HyVee was open as well. The Pharmacy should be open when they say it will be, especially because people need medication the day they need it ...weather or not.

PLEASE train your workers how to bag in paper bags. I asked for them to bag my items in ONE paper bag and they both gave me attitude. The bagger then put my chips on the bottom and proceeded to bag the other items. I had to tell him to put the chips in last instead of on bottom (something which should common sense).As you can see from my photo, having all my groceries in one bag was quite simple and should have been a simple request without making the customer feel like they are asking for something obnoxious.I consistently have issues with how my items are bagged at every HyVee- so that could be fixed easily with consistent training. As a result I only shop at HyVee every 6 months or so (the prices are also ridiculous)

Tuscano cracker crust needs more sauce. The sauce is so inconsistent. Dine in service lacking in care. Baggers don't know how to bag. This store needs new management. Wine and spirits and pharmacy push this store from 1 star to 2 stars for me.EDIT: email sent to replied email addressEdit2: emailed 3 weeks ago with no response. Lowering rating due to unmanaged bot and hyvees lack of commitment to their shoppers.

This place definitely provided an easy shopping experience. I actually made a smoothie and I grabbed some crackers and some cheese from this store to make dinner last night and it tasted pretty good. Never had any issues when shopping at the store going into the store I’ve always got things relatively quick, and the employees have always been slightly pleasant.

They are very rude at the dely area They will try to charge you extra for your food. Some Employees and the area manager are very rude and the customer service is really poor I will never come back there for lunch.

This location has really upped their game my past few visits. Clean and well stocked. Meat department has been very helpful and impressive.

Terrible location and the store manger promises to make it right and when you go to pick up a gift card at customer service they don't have it and they have no idea what you're talking about even when you show them the emails from the store manger. Then when you follow up with store manger he just disappears. Transferred all my prescriptions to Grimes where they actually want my business!

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience!After debating whether to drive all the way to Walmart for just a few snack items, I settled on HyVee for the "convenience".After leaving my cart in the isle, after waiting fourth in line for the sole SELF checkout open, for what seemed like forever because it was OUT OF CHANGE, I reluctantly made the drive to Walmart and got everything I had in my cart before and more.You greedy people are OUT OF CONTROL! I thought I missed the news about a new tragedy or pandemic driving prices through the roof again.No. Just greed!Simply Lemonade- Walmart=2.32 HyVee=3.49Post Golden Crisp cereal- Walmart 24oz=4.93 HyVee 14oz=4.98Nestle DrumsticksX8- Walmart=7.48 HyVee=9.99On only THREE exactly same items, HyVee is $7.28 MORE EXPENSIVE, but they don't make enough to employ a cashier? This is mostly for your grocery needs they also have some of the other staples you will need in life but they're an easy store to shop at they're located conveniently and the employees are helpful you don't have to chase them down like that another chain store I'm thinking of but I won't say their name cuz I like them too

They advertise New Mexico Chili's hot. What the three different hy-vees and they're all sweet or mild. Driven 30 miles looking for him and then they tell us that they can order the extra hot for us for $50 for a case. Then this morning they call and say that they can't get them Hy-Vee is very deceptive, and what they put on their shelves and telling you that they're hot. Can't believe a company of this size has nothing but excuses even at the corporate office. They don't care how much you have to spend in gas when they tell you they have them. I wish they'd get heads out of their butt and treat the customers with respect instead of Lies from the produce manager to the people in corporate.
