First time to the groomers and couldn’t have had a better experience. Sent Amy a text and she got right back to us on her availability and booked the girls first appt.Amy did a FANTASTIC job!!!! She was SO good with my girls and their anxiety; she instantly calmed them down. She took her time with them to make sure it was a good experience. They look so amazing and I can tell they’re happier, too.On top of that, Amy sent us home with a little bag of goodies for the girls and myself which included very helpful reading material! I highly recommend Amy’s Groom Room!!!

We have taken both of our dogs to Amy’s Groom Room many times over the years and have always been very happy with their grooms. We know that Amy truly cares about our dogs as she does her own. We do not trust just anyone to care for our dogs, we 100% trust Amy and to us that alone is worth the price. Not to mention that she does a fantastic job and always responds to our messages in a timely manner. We will continue support her small business!

Would give only half a star for the clean salon. Left before the grooming. Noticed the bad reviews have been removed from Google. Hmm. Gave her a fair shot due to proximity to my home. Big mistake. I am realizing she is getting good reviews from clients with large dogs that only need a good brush. Says she only cuts, doesn't remove any matting. Never been to a groomer who doesn't remove very small matting spots under legs. No filter mouth. Very unprofessional. You can't verbalize negative comments to a prospective client. She will learn the hard way. Left with my ungroomed dog. I wouldn't let her groom a dead dog. Super rude. No class. If you have a small dog that needs a groom- definitely don't go to this groomer. She is a brusher, not a groomer.

I had an appointment with Amy and I had an important question to ask about my puppy. I called her and left a message for her to please call me. After 4 calls no response from her I told her my situation and hung up. She called me back then right away. I was told how to fix the problem and she said to call her back after a certain date she set. I did call her again and left a message that my puppy was ready to be groomed. It's been over a week and have not heard from her. She may be a good groomer but I will never know as she doesn't have the kindness to return calls.

I have never been to see Amy at this point, but inquired about price. She charges by the hour and for my breed starts at $45. So if it happens to take an hour and a half it would cost me almost $70. I have never paid close to that for grooming in my life!!
