My eldest son gifted me a new phone! Today I walked in your store and received excellent assistance from Alexa Anthony! Alexa swiftly changed my phone over and even set up the apps that I wanted. She also put on the screen saver and case. The time she took explaining things to me, in language I could understand. Jefferson Telecom, Alexa is an example of the perfect person to have on your staff!

I am new to the Jefferson area and needed help getting internet to our house. I just have to say that the customer service I received from Duane, Dave (Installer) and Laura (Customer Service) was all exceptional. In today's world, you just don't receive this kind of friendliness on top of the great customer service. Thank you all for your help with everything! I appreciate you more than you'll know!!

I have taken my 94 year old mother in law to see Alexis many times. She has been very helpful and very kind. I could go on with great adjectives for a long time! In short Alexis is GREAT! When my daughter’s phone was accidentally broken, Jolene was an excellent help in getting my phone transferred to my daughter and setting up a new one for me. My experience was with a kind lady. Me and my mother certainly like to have a good time and this lady didn’t stop us but instead joined in! She talked about her cat, her family, and plenty of other stuff all while helping us get a new phone and case along with a screen protector! She was super sweet and I didn’t hate being there for one second. I felt welcomed and I felt at ease. It was a wonderful experience and I think others would enjoy their time there as well!
