This place is a joke. I asked them to save boxes on there truck day. They were stocking the shelves right in front of me. The manager point blank told me I could go dumpster dive for the boxes instead of just saving them for me to pick up in an hour. I work at a truck stop as a manager and if I were to say this to anyone I would be fired on the spot. This is unacceptable something needs to be done at this location because other locations go up and beyond for there customers. Just know that if you don’t have customers you don’t have a job. I will never be back here again

This is a nice clean convince store. They have very good baked goods fresh pizza and a good selection of soft drinks. The bathrooms have always been clean and for the end of the day there is a good selection of beer in the cooler.

Workers are very kind and the new take home dishes are really good. I have tried the fettuccine chicken alfredo and the chicken bacon mac and cheese. Both are super delicious and I really want to try the other ones.

My boyfriend is a truck driver and i ho with him every chance i can and this truck stop is bt far the best in my opinion. Large selection of food that isnt fast food and greasy so even truck drivers have a choice of healthier foods to eat while on the road. Its like a mini mart in there.

I would rate this Kwik Star 10 stars if possible! This past Saturday evening, October 16, 2021, my daughter and I were on our way back home to NW Iowa after the Hawkeyes game. We were traveling on Hwy 20 W and hit a deer in my truck, which made the airbags deploy. We were approximately 3 hours away from home still, and the deputy that helped us after the accident said he would take us to Kwik Star in Iowa Falls while we waited for someone to drive from home to get us. Once the deputy dropped us off, I approached one of the cashier's and explained what had happened. She told us it would absolutely be no problem to hang out there while waiting for our ride, and also told us we each could choose between a slushie, malt, or fountain drink at no charge. I unfortunately did not get her name before I left, but with all the negativity in the world we have going on, little things like that show that there are still good people in this world! I would highly recommend Kwik Star in Iowa Falls, Iowa, to anybody!

Used to stop every morning for a long time for coffee and food,the food is good but I've stopped going in the mornings. Again this morning 1/2 in of coffee and very black in all pors,ticks me off I wasted my time. I drive 80 miles to work every day,and no coffee today. IM DONE GOING TO CASEYS

Usually my experience is at least a 4 **** not as of 6/22/19Your not getting 4 stars todayNo stars in fact.Who ever I was on the phone with should NOT HAVE HUNG UP ON ME !!! No matter how busy you are.Or if two full size vans show up with Hispanics.

For a convenience store, they have an amazing variety of food and snacks. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have regular gasoline, E-85, no ethanol gas, and diesel fuel.
