Pharmacy policy on refills. Not happy. Going on vacation going to run out of a medications but can only refill 48 hours before empty. Lot of good that does me when I'm leaving the state. Not going to be fun

It's hyvee sometimes you can get what you need and sometimes you can't, there is usually one or two regular registers open but other then that if your in a hurry you have to depend on an automatic machine to help you check out.

So today was a eye opener. Changed my 5 star to a 3 star. Was in the self checkout, because only one regular checkout and that was a long line. There was a lady who was already in self checkout with the red light on. She was on the phone with someone and I heard her say I am checking out just need someone to come help me. She got off the phone and asked the clerk if he could get her help at least five times. She was ignored each time, after the final time she left without her purchases. I don't know why the light was on. Could be anything from needing an id check or a price discrepancy. But I could feel her frustration of being ignored. She didn't get loud or rude at anytime. She left quietly and probably went to another store that didn't have self checkout as it's primary checkout procedure for their customers. He walked over when his line was done, I was just finishing up. He looked at her bags like why are those there. I said she left because no one helped her. He stated she never asked for help. I said yes she did directly to you numerous times. He stated well I am the only person up here and I was busy. I turned to walked out and he repeated she never asked for help. I stated again yes she did and he rolled his eyes at me. I called and spoke with the asst manager he stated he would talk to him. I stated to him this is what happens when you fire half your staff and have no one to help up front.

They pick the dumbest times to stock shelves the isles weren't even that bare and struggled getting down the isles don't shop here on Saturday mornings at 930 if you don't want to deal with that

Chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy with side of green beans for $10. Great Deal before you shop for groceries. Get a Oreo cream fluff desert for $1.50 to take home with you to enjoy while watching the World Series. Life is Good when HyVee is serving dinner.

I would give 0 stars for the pharmacy if i could. They are very unprofessional. Im so upset I will spare the details. I never leave reviews, but this is one of the worst experiences myself and family have dealt with.

Edit; some weird lady gave me attitude for having more than 15 items in the self check out lane. Super rude. I've seen this same lady snap at coworkers and make up policies about WIC. She's like the evil queen of hyvee. It was all fun and games to laugh at how mean she is but when I saw and heard her belittle her coworker I had enough. Please don't yell at your employees or talk down to them while customers are around. Don't talk down to them or treat them poorly at all. I will contact your corporate if this kind of behavior continues.

I would give them a 0 if possible but that’s not an option. I ordered flowers a few days before Mother’s Day to be delivered on Mother’s Day between 8 am-5 pm. I’ve waited all day for a text from my mom and 5 pm came around so I called the store and the floral department is closed with no more deliveries today. My mother still has not received her flowers for Mother’s Day when clearly there are still orders that need to be delivered. I would love to be able to pick them up and bring them to her myself but I live out of state so this seemed like the best option but next time I’ll be using another floral shop.

I don't get groceries here as much as I pick up my medications, but everyone is a nice here nevertheless. I don't think I've ever picked up any kind of food that was bad, tainted, or was very close to its expiration date. The prices are good, in my opinion at least. Now the pharmacy staff is wonderful. They're super patient, willing to work with you, I could go on about them. But to put it short, everyone there is just wonderful and I always love going there.

They never have more than one person checking people out you always wait far longer than you should to check out I could understand if they were busy and had more than one person checking people out but normally they don't very frustrating. Now they have added self check out. They have a customer service desk but noone is usually at it after 5 pm some people can't be there before then. I don't do much shopping at Hyvee anymore.

Kim and Karen are very competent associates at this store. Kim assisted me in setting up a store membership for $12.95 a month to cover the shopping and delivery fee for my groceries. Great way to save $$. Thank you both for your help!

My son and I had been looking for a Venous fly trap for a couple years and we inquired with the floral department several months about them and she said she'd write our name and number down and call us if they ever got some in. Well, she kept her word and called us! Thank you, Penny! I have one happy kiddo!

I live almost thirty miles away but stopped while in town. An item that was in the ad was not available, talked to Stephanie. She assured me she would get the items and deliver it to my home. By 5pm I had a knock on my door with the sale items I was looking for. That is what I call customer service. I would highly recommend this store and their staff to anyone. Thank you Steph

Great grocery store, they have fresh vegetables and fruits, a great butcher with great service, always going the extra step to get you that cut or meat. Curbside pickup is also available, that makes it easy to order online and stop by. Pharmacy also available in store, your one stop need for everything. They also have an alchohol section with a great collection of wines, beer and other hard liquor. Great to have a employee owned store like this in Iowa Falls.

The bakery was very helpful with the donut order and the birthday cake. The gentleman that was cashier's was very rude when we picked up the cake Saturday late afternoon.

The younger adults/kids have more respect than the others and they are normally only running one register which makes it slower because you're waiting in line. Fareway normally has a better stock selection of what you're looking for and lines areShorter.

I use to shop Hy Vee all the time but they change the location of things all the time. You finally get to know where things are and they move again. Takes to long to get groceries there. Tired of the hunt! And there are no helpful smiles in every isle anymore.

Tommy, in the meat department is the most helpful employee I have had contact with in a long time at this location. Offers suggestions and informs you of what is on sale. Finally, a helpful smile. With there was more people like him working at this location.

Have been going to the Iowa Falls Hy-Vee for a little over a year. It seems as though customer service has gone down hill lately. One of the employees, Stacy B, had to come over and help with an item that was on sale. Did not acknowledge us, nor make any eye contact with us. I attempted to communicate with her and did not receive a response. A few employees might need to be retrained on proper customer service...

Nice place truly busy and they have everything but it is quite costly so you decide if you need or not it go to Aldi really better moneywise. It's expensive and they are definitely pushing the bunny and ho ho stuff. No merchandise or food for the biblical holy days of the Bible in Leviticus 23

I ordered a bday cake for myself.i called a few days later and they said they lost my order.i flipped out.The manager I believe his name is Mr.Willson called me said he would pay for my cake and got it all worked out.I told him i still wanted to buy my own cake.But the customer service here in Iowa Falls Hy-vee is unmatched.Thank you Mr. Willson.
