My dog did not do well at a different boarding place. According to them he bit someone and did not eat the 2 days he was there. I was a told he was not allowed to go back. I talked to Donna and expressed my concern before boarding. She assured me he would do well and offered to put him separate from other dogs. When we went to pick him up he looked very happy and she had no problem with him whatsoever! She also groomed him during his stay. Very happy with her and we wouldn't trust any other place!

We have boarded our dogs elsewhere and they have not faired well. We have two huskies and a beagle that are constantly together. We first used this boarding when my father died and the dogs did pretty well so when we went on a week long vacation, we decided to try it again. The people who work here are nothing but nice and flexible and when we arrived our dogs were exhausted but I could tell they had been well taken care of! I will be using this facility for as long as we can. Thank you for taking such great care of our pups!!!!!

Personally working in the animal industry from doggy day care and boarding to animal rescue/behavior, I’m very picky about who keeps watch over my crew. We have used Donna before for a weekend and used her again as we went on a week long vacation. I knew my kids were in good hands but still worried about them pretty often as I was in the middle of the ocean with no way to check in. Let that be a lesson to me and others. You do not need to worry while they’re being cared for here. At the very doggy boarding facility I worked at we went on a 4 day vacation before finding Donna and my poor anxious dog Zoltar lost at least 10 pounds and looked very sick and scared at my previous boarding facility. I put my two weeks notice in on the very same day as a result of their poor care of my dog. To say I am traumatized to leave my fur kids would be an understatement. Not only was I welcomed by a friendly smile from the people working with the animals, my dogs were SO HAPPY, SO HEALTHY, and SOOOOOO TIRED. That was all I needed to know. When your dog comes back and sleeps endlessly you know they were well taken care of! 5 stars and 5 bonus stars for restoring my faith that you can go away and have the comfort of knowing your babies are not only okay, but thriving. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Donna and crew!

My granddaughter's dogsitter cancelled and Ms. Donna bailed us out with boarding at the last minute. It's a great facility with a great staff especially her young son, Justin. Without a doubt, we'll be back!!

Took my dog there for the first time yesterday, incredibly kind staff, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them, great prices too. I will definitely be going back, Thank You Donna & staff

I took my dog there for a week he was dropped off as ahappy walking dog, when I went to pick him up he had to be carried out. I do NOT recommend this place for your fur babies.Per comment below, After a trip to the Vet and an over night stay in ICU at the vet his injuries were not all from a seizure, he had a sprained back and right shoulder/leg, which was not possible from a seizure. During my trip Donna called and told me he had a seizure and I instructed her for what to do, I checked on him several times and the last time I checked on him she said he was 100% better, from 100% to intensive care ....The vet said his injuries mirrored being hit by a car. My dog was shivering from cold cement floor and he he was very hungry and thirsty. He is still on medication for sores on his legs and its been almost 2 months. Also he is NOT a puppy he is 9 yrs old and very lucky to have survived. My dog will NEVER be the same. I just don't want other people and their dogs to go through this. My dog was NOT properly fed and watered or cared for and Im certain the bag of treats I sent for my dog was fed to her own dog, I watched Donnas son feed one to their dog while I was there picking my dog up.

I can’t say good enough things about this place!! I’m looking over my bosses dogs and when I needed an emergency groom on one of them they got me in right away and were so polite and overall so kind!! I’m not from around this area and was definitely panicking and stressed and they took all my anxieties away! The place is also super nice and very professional looking! If you live in Hardin County or around the area I would definitely hit them up they are truly amazing!!

Donna her staff are always nice and treat us and our furbabys very good. She has always done an amazing job from my long haired Aussie to my Catahoula for boarding and grooming. I know when I drop them off they are well taken care of.

I thought she was rude when we picked my puppy up and the person I was with thought so as well. She sure wasnt when we dropped her off. Her ears werent short enough and uneven. I said something and she rudely comes over to me like it put her out and offended her because i said that. She hurridly cuts earound her ears and it was still uneven. She had a long patch of hair underneath her chin she missed.And all i know is when i took her home i was cleaning her eyes and i held her chin which i have done MANY times and she started shaking like a leaf. I will never go back there.
