I had a very great experience with Joe Battles of Dale Howard Auto Center. I purchased a slightly used Ford F-450 from them last month and they were more than accommodating to me. This was a very specific truck in the highest trim and they understood that I was coming in from halfway across the country to pick it up. They made things as fast and expeditious for me by having all my vehicle trade, test drive and loan paperwork ready to roll for me to get me back on the 11 hour return drive home as fast as possible. They even had a cup of coffee waiting for me! I would hands down do business with these gentlemen again. They treated me well, we’re professional with me and exemplified what good business is all about. Most of all, they were personal with me and that goes a long way in the world these days. Cheers!

Absolutely refreshing and pleasant experience buying a new Mustang! Drove from out of state to get the car off my dreams and all hesitations were gone with the professional help of no less than three sales staff to assist. Joe went above and beyond to help us with this sale. I was so very indecisive and he was patient and flexible, willing to help out at a moments notice with whatever we needed! I live farther away and needed a ride, so he even was able to arrange someone to pick me up on the day of the sale! I am thrilled to have a nice new vehicle to drive and all thanks to the work these men put in. I was even surprised that Jarod was able to arrive at a lower payment than we had originally anticipated! This was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had. Joe Battles was our salesman that got us into our dream truck. Seriously felt like I was buying from my cousin. Jerry Lande in the Finance Office was my long lost uncle. I messaged Joe on Thursday night about the truck, he had it brought it up from their lot down south the next day and by that evening we had our trade-in and deal all taken care of. Joe stayed late to get us taken care of. So did Jerry. Had to take it today for install on a couple of options and the Service department was super courteous and helpful. I’d recommend Dale Howard to all my family and friends. We will be using them for our service needs and will look to them for our next vehicle purchase.

Everything was great. I purchased a new to me Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk after my previous vehicle aided in Bambi’s suicide attempt. Ben and Jerry, along with making great ice cream, were fantastic in putting together a deal for me that worked for mine and my family’s budget. Jerry fought to get me a rate I was comfortable with, and made sure my paperwork was all done correctly. All in all, great experience, and I will certainly be back!

Just a quick shout out to Sergio in the service department , called and told him I purchased my Dodge caravan from a different dealership, but I am hearing a noise coming from the engine I didn’t even have the van 90 days he said no problem bring it in. We will take a look at it . Already feeling frustrated because again I just got the van and I kind of had an attitude and it wasn’t his fault, nor was it Dale Howard’s fault he immediately jumped into how can I help you mode he took the van in and got the diagnostic done within a few days. Repairs were done and my warranty was billed so nothing out of my pocket not only was he professional, but he knew how to handle someone that wasn’t happy. Never once did he act as if I wasn’t important and understood my frustrations. He got me taken care of and I am a happy camper.

The entire staff was very helpful and timely with the purchase of a 2024 Terrain. Joe is even having the floor mats brought to my home when they come in.
