We went to Dairy Queen just now. And spent $30 on food and 2 mixes1 of the mixes was melted when she did the flip test then took it back inside then handed it to us in a drink carrier then when confronted she said it’s been sitting in the car with us that’s why it’s melted. And the other mix didn’t have fudge like it was sopposed to. So we asked for the manager and she said the same thing. And the food was like a kids meal amount and we got the 4 piece basket and the 6 piece.Stephany was the manager. Definitely the absolute worst diary Queen we’ve ever been to. Always a pleasure to go to this Dairy Queen. The customer service is superior. The food is fantastic. We often comment how the sandwiches we order sometimes look better than the display pictures. The head cook during our visits, has an exceptional talent, and a passion that shows. Many times the owners are engaged, and working with the staff. The result is a skilled staff, who takes great pride in this business. Thank you for the great food, the great customer service, and always making us feel welcome.

Food was good although I really wanted some dipping sauce for my curds I was not going to pay .75cents for a ranch. Almost everywhere you go will give you a sauce for cheese curds . Sad their was no marinara but I got over it. Please allow a sauce with curds.

I don't know if they were just having a hard time tonight or what happened, but I'm very disappointed. After spending $40+ on food via a mobile order, I went in to pick up the food and asked for sauce and didn't bring my debit card in with me so I was not able to get sauce. Over $40 and you can't get a couple of dipping sauces? Fine, I could let that go. Until I got home and one of the orders of french fries was missing. I live a half hour away so going back is not an option. People must love this place since there aren't a lot of choices around. I don't get it, but I won't be back. We spend a lot of money there per month. Glad to be putting that money back in my pocket - BYE!

Stopped in on a busy weekend and had such great service even though the sign said on the door they were short staffed. The silver haired woman who is probably the manager treated us with such great customer service. So refreshing. She deserves to take the credit. Thank you!

On many occasions I have gone here. They've either A) messed up my order B) my drink had a hole I'm the bottom C) been rude D) straight up don't even know what I'm trying to order. OVERALL this place is good food (well sometimes its horribly prepared) They just need to train their employees a bit better so they are better workers in general.

Nice place! Dining area and restrooms were clean. Service was pretty timely for Sunday lunch. Staff was courteous. Food was okay. My grilled chicken sandwich was the wettest ever! It appeared to have not been grilled but kept to temp in steam tray with liquid. Meager lettuce, tomato and mayo. Aside from the wet bun, it tasted fine. Everyone else's food met expectations. We will certainly return for ice cream!

My favorite stop. DQ has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. From stopping in with my parents after a school concert to now bringing my own family in. The service is great and the food never disappoints. The staff is really good about listening to me when I request a certain amount of ice cream cone for my young child as well.

Jen Roberts, not Schafer, I go thru this DQ drive thru everyday. Thy have the best food ever, and the nicest, and best customer service ever!!! I always order chicken strips w Coke..customer service is unmatched, thy literally have the best customer service ive ever encountered in a drive thru, and thats been everytime. Ive been ordering my lunch almost everyday for a yr, and nothing but excellent service everytime!! Thank u DQ in I Falls!!!

Before heading home we decided to get ice cream. It was close to DQ closing time but since the lights were on we thought we were still in the clear. We waited in line seeing all the cars in front of us get their orders. As we pulled up to order we got no response. I noticed a sign letting us know that they were understaffed and I assumed that that was the reason why we were not getting a response. We patiently waited assuming this was the case and decided to pull up to the window. As I pulled up the employee hid from me! I was infuriated! In my opinion if you are closed and not taking anymore orders why don't you turn off the DQ and menu sign to let the people know that you are closed. The employee could have let me know that they were closed but decided to play hide-and-seek with me.

My wife is an impatient fat sea cow and eats there all the time. The service is fast and friendly. The food is fresh and hot... or cold! She loves it. I give only 4 stars because the prices are a bit high but with a bottomless pit to feed all the time, I have to watch things like that.

Took 25 minutes to get my and some other peoples orders out.. Literally, from the time ordered to getting the food.. The poor girl running food out to the cars should get a raise, that must have been embarrassing. Absolutely atrocious.

I'm not one to share my reviews. Today, I need to! Service was kind, fast, and fresh! I'm a McDonald's fan.. like weekly.. this was better! I got a #7. Sandwich is Huge and flavorful. I recommend!

They have Non-dairy "dilly bar". It's dairy free ice cream on a stick covered in chocolate. It is a Nice option that not a lot of places offer. Also, you CAN buy an entire box of them.

After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes for 2 mini blizzards, the firsts cup was a sticky mess and the second the ice cream is like soup cause it was so melted and she wouldn't even attempt to flip that one over! We have been disappointed everytime we have been here since it reopened

Food is almost always perfect, gets a little sloppy late at night. Usually come through drive through, and 8 out of 10 times they do it right, but it's not uncommon for them to forget something. Check your bags before you leave. Have gotten shorted a few chicken strips a few times, a blizzard, ranch and fries.check for 6 pieces if that's what you ordered.
