Just ordered food and I got my usual. You pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup (bowl) and a sandwich. I’ve always ordered a bowl for the you pick 2 and never had an issue. Today was a different story. I told the cashier I wanted the bowl and received a cup and he told me that it only comes with a cup. I’ve ordered from this location many times, and they always give me a bowl and then they forgot the baguettes

I have not had issues before but during todays visit, this is the lettuce that was on my sandwich. After finishing what I could I spoke with manager on duty, Amber, just wanted her aware of the lettuce. She smiled, said she would speak with them. I walk away with the plate of lettuce. I can see how the conversation went. "It was a little brown, not bad." Advice from one manager to another, show them! Overall my son and I's meal did not taste well, and was not worth $32.

I ordered two of the flat bread pizzas. The Margherita and the pepperoni. They were both delicious! Made fast, hot and by a very friendly staff! Place was clean. Perhaps a bit pricey but, overall definitely worth it!

My one-star review is specifically because my local Panera lets DoorDash deliver for them and DD is TERRIBLE. There is no way to give feedback to DD directly after your order is delivered so here we are. I got some guy named Jake’s food today and part of his smoothie had clearly been consumed. Panera, you need to secure your food and drinks the way McDonalds does if you’re going to continue allowing this crook company to deliver for you. You should really just stop working with them. They’re tarnishing your name. It’s a shame too because this cafe is really amazing otherwise, including the staff that helped make things right today (shout out to Ella(?)).

Always a great experience. Lots of options for every meal of the day. I like that they're always changing the menu by creating new salads, meals and drinks depending on the seasonal ingredients. Place is clean and also really important is that the staff members look polished.

So I absolutely love French onion soup and I wanted a quick one so I ordered it from here with a half sandwich. Best part of the french onion soup is the bread and cheese and guess what? I got just broth and onions no cheese or bread in my soup, disappointing, but the sandwiches are on point always.

Menu has "Mediterranean Bowl" and "Mediterranean Bowl with Chicken". I order "Mediterranean Bowl". Pick up, go home, open it and it has chicken. Call for refund. Nope. No refunds over the phone. I have to drive back to the restaurant to get my credit card credited? Last time there for me.

These people are very unprofessional. They are conceded and on the verge of narcissistic. Now about the ordered food, to be specific, steak and white cheddar sandwiches. There is possibly less than a have ounce of what they call steak on the whole thing. It is roast beef. Who do these people think they are and why are we letting them get away with this?

We ordered our breakfast and there was no dark roast coffee or decaffeinated coffee available. We reported it to the staff and we were almost finished with our bkft before the coffee was available. The thing that bothers us the most is the lack of cleanliness. Our booth was full of old food smeared and dried on the booth. The staff are laughing+talking and that’s great but the booths should be cleaned daily if they need it. Thank you. Peg+Royce Johnson

This is one of the worst ran Panera’s ever, and this is coming from someone who has worked for the company before. There have been several times in which we have ordered and our order was wrong. I’ve gotten salads that come with chicken with no chicken three times now, with tonight being the third. I’ve gotten a bowl of soup but given a cup, as well as having ordered full sandwiches and gotten half. Just about everything that can go wrong in an order has gone wrong in this location. Although managers are quick to refund it shouldn’t be a problem to begin with. You would think if they followed protocol and had two people check the order before it went out, it would be correct, but unfortunately that is not the case. Very disappointed with service I have received here.

The guy taking our order kept wiping his nose with the back of his hand. Thankfully, he did not fulfill our order, but when it was ready it was packaged "to go" which we did not request. He also gave my friend a plastic cup after she had requested hot tea. I had planned on getting some bagels before we left. But since he was the only one working the front of the store I didn't want his grubby hands on them.

I’m writing a review since no one is answering the phone right now. I placed an order at 1:55 and got an out for delivery email at 2:20. Nearly an hour later and I still have no food; and I am very unhappy. :) I have periodically checked the order tracker to see the driver near my house three different times and still did not deliver my food. My service the past few times has been horrible, this is the icing on the cake.

The half sandwich and cup of soup was great. The cashier was friendly. But all of the tables needed wiped down. It's 2pm. They appear short handed. Of the 3 people I could see. Only 2 wore a hat. Their ponytails were not braided or in hair nets while prepping. Items visible to customers on the floor behind counter. The only real complaint I have is customer view not being clean.

Very rude cashier named Sarah. She was not nice when taking my order or when handing my order. I had asked her how I could put in my phone number for my rewards, and she rudely stated how she had already asked me for my number before hand when she hadn’t even asked me about it. I never have a problem at this Panera up until now.

I love this Panera bread! The staff is always so friendly. My favorite thing on the menu is the vegetarian sandwich and the green passion tea, so!!! delicious. At one time I would go in this particular panera bread every other day. I highly recommend this one, oh! And they are not too bad on the timing of the food, you won't be waiting too long.
