Horrible experience today, I come here a lot but this was record setting bad. PLEASE GET COMPETENT EMPLOYEES who can actually do their job. Spent an hour and a half trying to get some shingles and OSB and they got my order wrong multiple times. Having to deal with people at the contractors desk who can’t hear, type, or find anything is the biggest waste of precious time. Just let those of us who know what we’re doing use the computer and do it ourselves. I won’t call names, but I know 2 guys who I won’t be using anymore. I won’t even go into how bad the yard was with returns…

This location is terrible.People pretend to be your buddy act like they care then betray you when they have the chance.And it's funny how you will see the workers being on their phone and doing there own things and not working but the ones that do work get called out when they need a small break or check their phones for few minutes. And the amount of lying it just aweful but I guess it's OK when your buddy buddy with the bosses.Horrible people work here I swear and makes the good ones look bad.

There are several large home improvement stores in the area, but Menards is always my first choice even though it's not the closest. Always good prices, friendly people, and great products here.

Do not buy anything Menards that runs gas! We purchased a Husqvarna snow blower and it broke (belts slipped off) after the first use. We fixed it and then it did it again the second time we used it. Menards would not let us return this snow blower after 24 hours! They are saying we now have to find a service center to fix it. They sold us a $1300 lemon! And said we have to deal with it at a service center. We do not have a service center close and if we wanted to deal with a service center after one use we could have saved money and bought used. We will not be buying from Menards and I highly recommend you do not either, horrible costumer service!

I bought a washer and I had problems with it. Two months later I went to customer service and they denied my service. Menards didn’t help me to resolve my problem. I call the company so they can solve my problem and they also deny it customer service in the store suck. They never resolve any issues so now I have a brand new washer at home. It doesn’t work.they should do better warranties my washer was 500 dlls with one year of warranty …

Everyone is so helpful! There was have a large selection of things and I can always find the right tool for the job that I am needing! All of the staff was able to help me with the Questions that I have had. They've also had great deals and their rebates are unmatched. I thoroughly enjoy their gardening section and have always found exactly what I needed. I encourage you to go here if you have a project that needs to be done

Big clean facility. If you get to know the inventory at Menards you can do some re beat things. As always they generally have the best prices around but sometimes that comes with a lack of quality for like items. Quality sacrifice is not true across the board so do some homework and figure out what you want. Staff is generally plentiful and helpful.

I have never had a issues finding what I need. I rely heavily on their materials and advice when I am working on something. I shop there for both my home or job needs. When I needed help with kitchen cabinets I lean on Beth, I rely on John for electrical, Dan for flooring, and Arron for plumbing. They are the greatest!

Every employee I've interacted with is pretty dang rude, or seems like they don't care. However, Menard's always has what I need, so I come back.And don't reply with the copy & paste "email us" response. It never does anything. JUST TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE FRIENDLY.

Do not trust delivery driver! I have $700 damage to lawn. It was raining and I asked him if he was able to bring to backyard. He said yes and then he got stuck and admitted he shouldn’t have brought both loads at once. I told him to stop and I’d bring the pallets over for him to set them down. He said I can do it and continued to do more damage. I have $700. damage to yard with foot deep ruts all over plus damaged lumber. Menard’s said driver has insurance for this - not true they denied my claim. Now I can’t afford to do the deck because I have to repair my yard so I can mow it and be safe . I twisted my knee in one of the several ruts and holes and it is swollen like a softball.

We bought a faucet from here and there was a huge scratch on it. Brought it in for a refund but only got 75% back because it’s not always in stock here. Totally bogus when it’s not our fault it was scratched. Even the box was scratched through.

Stopped in for a light bulb for a bathroom, even brought the old one with us. The staff person said"they don't make those anymore" we asked if menards carried something comparable, he told us where to look and we had to ask if he would help us find one. He reluctantly did. We then proceeded to the paint department with our paint sample to buy some touch up paint for our home. We presented our paint sample and this staff person handed it back and said it wasn't big enough to scan and advised us to cut a hole in our wall for a bigger piece....not going to do that. We asked if he would help us match with what they had available. He pointed to where the paint samples were located and walked away. No, neither department was busy. POOR customer service! Very disappointed as we are/were frequent shoppers of Menards.

Don't trust their online ordering system. They will charge you for the entire order even if everything really isn't in stock. I wanted to finish some shelving before the inlaws came for a visit. Ordered 2 shelving supports and 6 shelves. Online system showed everything in stock. Got the email the next day part of my order was ready. Went in and they said only 2 shelves were in stock. They said the remaining 4 would be in soon. I asked to be called when they came in. After 3 calls and more than 3 weeks, still nothing. Their suggestion was only get a refund and go 40 miles to another store. They refused to transfer from another store or ship to home. Finally after more than 3 weeks, they transfered in the 4 shelves. What a aggravating experience.

Had soil delivered today. I've been home all day waiting for word of delivery. Only notice came as change to the original order..no text, no new email.No advance notice of delivery time, notice came after the delivery people were gone so I wasn't able to direct them where to leave the bags. 1/3 of my order was left in the street, not on the driveway. 3 of the bags were torn and spilled more than half of the contents all the way out of the bags.The rest of the order was barely on the very bottom of the driveway (the area between the sidewalk and street). In this town anything left at the bottom of a driveway, below the sidewalk and above the street, is free for the taking.Had I not kept checking my original email for updates, I might have had my order taken from !I won't waste my money ever again on Menards delivery.

Ordered shingles for the new porch. Paid the $115 delivery fee. We get it and the ridge cap was a different color. They sent them back and corrected it but wouldn't deliver. So we went to pick it up when it came in and they wouldn't release it because we didn't have a pick up number. After dealing with C.S. for 30 mins. and finally locating a manager we were finally able to get the pick up number we needed. Go to the door to pick it up and after over an hour they could only find half of it and had to reorder only to have to drive all the way back to pick up the other half. Won't be shopping here anymore!
