Went to pick up 2 prescriptions and Waterfront was out of one. Shout out to the pharmacist who called 1st Ave site to get it filled, and pushed through the other prescription and got it filled right away so we could get to 1st Ave before they closed. Much appreciated!

The drive up is alway closed. This is an accessibility issue. It should be open for peoples who’s prescriptions are ready to be picked up.

Took 40 minutes to fill meds initially, but they forgot to fill another new one. Told us it would take another 20 minutes to fill prednisone. Absolute joke. I don't care how many workers are there, if you messed up and didn't fill something for a customer that has been there for 40 minutes already, fill the other new prescription ASAP. I was a pharmacy tech and with instances like that, we could get the drug filled and ready to go within minutes. Throw out the garbage wait time and make it right for the customer.

They shorted my daughter's antibiotics and blamed it on us. I've had other medications off as well and would not recommend.

NEWHorrible Pharmacy with young College Kids. They like to argue with you when they're wrong and then they find out they're wrong with no appoligie. They ALWAYS miscount pills. They can't measure the right amount of water to mix in with Medicine leaving you short."STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
