The older lady who was just working at the Money Services desk was extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to help me until I told her that I had been helped every other time I have been here. I had always had good experiences with the (usually) younger people working there in the 10+ times I've been to the desk. I'll be going elsewhere even though this store is the most convenient for me because I do not want to interact with her again and you are, "not a bank!"

This is the worst grocery chain. So many problems from layout to selection to stock. The reason for this review is that the person working the bakery told me they do not repackage store packaged products. Every other department of the grocery store will give you a repackaged count/weight to order, but not this one?

I'm from out of town and wished to send a get well basket to someone in the hospital. Flowers and candy. Pretty simple. They knocked it out of the park! It was less than an hour from my phone call to delivery. Talk about service. Way to go floral department! I won't go anywhere else. Thanks

Stellar service!!I have 4 times called from Spokane, WA to special order deli, produce and bakery items for delivery to my elderly mother.The store staff taking the orders and the delivery staff are courteous, kind and First Rate!Jobs very well done!!Hy-Vee Store Manager, please convey my sincere thanks to your staff.

Different HyVee's stock different items. It's annoying to have to shop at 2 different HyVee stores to only buy 3 items. I refuse to buy more than I need.

I finaly got into perks, the one who helped me was very friendly, all nice people that work there, they are friendly as well when i come to get money orders for rent. I like this hyvee more then the other ones. I feel comftorable in this one

We don't get here often, but the service was amazing! The people were helpful and engaging. Since we weren't familiar with the store layout, they helped us find things that would have been a struggle to locate.

My 5 month pregnant wife was prepping the kitchen and the meat and spotted this mold That would have not turned out good for your employment if this would have killed my growing child we just ordered this bacon yesterday

They have the armed sec guard that stares you down. Just made me and my girlfriend feel uncomfortable. We just wanted to buy cat food.

Solid experience. Got some hot food - fried chicken and chinese.The hychy was great. Love the broccoli beef. And the server was really generous with his scoops.The chicken could have been more fresh. I don't know why they make so much chicken at one time.

When ordering flowers all the girl could say was " yup " to my questions. Not yes we do or yes we can do that. I felt like I was bothering her, by answering "yup" to me was very unprofessional.

What a fantastic, neat little grocery store. It is a perfect combination of a local market meets city shoppers for a great overall shopping experience! Did I mention there is a real seafood counter? Woohoo!

Hy-Vee just instituted another confusing "club" card membership. Their shelf tags were already bewildering, now it is very hard to tell what prices are. This and the growing enforcement of self-checkout makes it a pretty miserable place to shop.

I got two slices of pizza out of the hot window by the self checkout line. I come home and opened the boxes and both pizza's are burnt. Can you please turn down the heat or periodically replace old pizza with fresh slices please

Consistently good service and selection of groceries. Hours are a bit shorter than they used to be and the east entrance closes at night, but other than that a great neighborhood grocery.

I like Hy-Vee. The food is good quality and the workers are friendly. They have a good liquor selection for a grocery store. I appreciate that their employees are invested in the company through their employee ownership programs and it is not part of some national Mega-chain like Sprawl-Mart.

Isles are wide enough for carts to comfortably get by each other. Selection is great. Pair all that with friendly staff and you have a winner 🏆

Nice market with a variety of items: from grocery to wines and regular market stuff.Very well organized and easy to go around. It was not so busy and didn't need to wait too long on the line.Clerks are attentive and polite, providing a good service. Definitely will come back for more grocery!

I had no one offer to help to look for something when I was clearly looking for something. I also had to bag my own groceries in the check out lane. The person checking me out stated, "Your gonna have to start bagging because I am running out of room." This Hy-Vee needs some manners. Just rude.

I really like going to hyvee. The store is very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. 9 times out of 10 I can find what I'm looking for, even though it is likely to be over priced. Their produce section frequently includes moldy fruits and vegetables along with the newer ones, but they do have a wide variety of produce. They also haven't been able to keep their baby formula stock up amidst this shortage. Hyvee's pharmacy takes longer to get my prescriptions ready than other pharmacies that I've used in the past. This location recently added quite a few self checkout lanes which is very handy for a quick check out experience as there is almost always a lane available. With all this being said, I do enjoy going to hyvee and find myself shopping here more than other places.

Really about the same as any HYVEE. The folks were helpful, and I found what I wanted. Prices are a little high on some things, but aren't they on most everything nowadays!
