Not a fan of how the head of the company directly funds programs and candidates that target and harm gay and trans members of our community. Or how they are starting to introduce heavily armed security guards in locations. Also they are just expensive comparatively.

Most overpriced grocery store and they fake their sales, but they do have a wide variety of specialty foods which is why we stop by from time to time. There slogan is "a helpful smile in every aisle" but that's not really true anymore it is hard to find an employee and when you do they are annoyed that you need help.

They have big signs everywhere saying if the register price doesn't match the item price at checkout then it's free. So, I buy things that are supposed to be on sale. It's a regular occurrence to find something wrong up the non sale price once I get home. If I don't notice I just pay that, and the company that advertised the sale pockets my money for their incompetence. So I usually go back in and try and get the right price and it's always a fight with these guys and it's just such a hassle I'd rather shop somewhere else.

Very good selections and varieties! I do love the specialized foods sections, making it easier to identify alternative foods/diets. Friendly and courteous employees throughout the store.

This is a smaller store, but they've always had what I needed. The produce is excellent! And I love the prepackaged meals they make near the deli! Easy to take home and reheat.

I have shopped at this location a few times. This morning I purchased Chinese because I left my lunch at home. It is absolutely terrible: the rice is not cooked and the chicken was fried in burnt oil. It tastes like it was in a fire. It looks appetizing but is just yucky. Very big disappointment for $8. I was luck and got some egg rolls so at least I won’t go completely hungry. I have never ever had an experience like this at any Hy-Vee anywhere.

Largest and best stocked grocery store in Coralville or North Liberty. Excellent meats, produce, and groceries. In-house fast food bar and restaurant. Biggest wine, beer and spirits department in the area. Ample parking. Gas station, convenience store and bottle return in a separate building across the street.

I love Hy-Vee. They have such wonderful produce and also tons of various foodstuffs and household items. The service is also always great. The hot food they serve is also very good and affordable

Prices are a bit high and the quality of fruits and vegetables isn’t perfect, but then what store is nowadays!On the up side of things!! We had lunch there (see photos) and I thought it was a nice bargain for just over 10 bucks, including drink.

They are expensive, and many times I receive really bad quality produce when I order online. They do always refund the bad produce, but I just wish the shoppers would take a little more responsibility to select good stuff in the first place. Generally the staff is very pleasant and helpful when you're in the store and there's never been an issues that I haven't been able to get resolved, but I mostly shop online because it's more convenient.

Everyone is so nice! The employees are really helpful and the customers are full of smiles. Oh did I mention they have food?!? So much variety! Five years I've been shopping there and I still get a little giddy at the sight of all that wonderful food!

This is truly one of the best grocery stores in the country. There is an abundance of friendly staff, fresh produce, and a hearty midwestern feel. This grocery store has it all. Free samples, a bar, restaurant, and even a gas at across the way. I’ve been to numerous grocery stores around the country this ranks as the top one. They are located in college town and can offer good wages and therefore always have staff. If you are just passing through on I-80 this is a great place for fresh, fast-food at the deli. In all this is a great grocery store.

A Hy-Vee shopper delivered to my house today a huge order of groceries that I did NOT place. I went out of my way and returned it to this store, thinking it was the right one, and the manager working at 8:15pm on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 did not receive it well. He seemed to think that I was dumpling MY problem on him because his store does work with Hy-Vee Aisles, as if it’s my job to know that or resolve the issue at all. Having to deal with the shopper’s mistake in the first place and having take the huge order back, regardless of whether I took it to the right store or not, should not have been my job. So much for “doing the right thing.” You’re welcome! And great customer service. Not.

This review is for the Bakery and Floral Departments.We got married really close to the North Dodge Hy-vee and chose them to make our wedding cake and provide our floral. We are so glad we did!Micheala at the bakery was great to work with and gave us exactly what we asked for with our cake. It was delicious and looked beautiful!Danny at the floral department was extremely helpful and worked with me so much on picking out the perfect flowers and even changing a couple things as we went. All of our floral turned out beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier!

They take such good care of their customers. I have been using the curbside delivery for this past 2 years, almost every week. I can definitely say that the process has gotten smoother and smoother, they really are my personal shoppers. I'll go back in soon but really have appreciated everyone's help along the way through this! Even added in flowers and bakery when requested. Always polite, courteous, and seem to enjoy what they do for the most part.

Had breakfast here and food is delicious!! The only problem is why don’t you put more people? Poor woman was by herself, charging customers and bringing out the food and getting drinks. I felt bad for her but come on Hyvee do better!!
