It's clean, it's got a decent selection for the size of the store, but I had some major issues with the pharmacy. First the drive-up wasn't working, and there was no sign or anything telling me this. Then there was a wait for my prescription... no big deal, came back when they said. Still not ready. Well I finally got it, but this was my first time going through HyVee for a prescription (at least in awhile), and it turns out (I found out later) that it was not run through my insurance, and they didn't ask me about insurance when I checked out. So now I'm trying to deal with reimbursement through my insurance... yikes! If you need to swing in for a gallon of milk or some wine, yes, I recommend this store. If you need pharmacy services, not so much!

Most of the staff there are nice, but some of the pharmacy staff are absolutely the worst and and are unnecessarily nasty to you when you request medication. It’s a convenient location to me, but I’ve been increasingly worried of the level of anger/frustration I feel with the level of angst this staff feels towards patients. Please don’t take it out on us, please address the docs.

The pharmacy technician that assisted me in filling my son's antibiotic prescription was beyond helpful. Without me reminding him that antibiotic regimens need to be started ASAP, he recognized that and, even though they were getting an order of antibiotics in the morning, he would fill the prescription with what they have in store.He didn't make me feel as though I was inconveniencing him or make me feel stupid, and I cannot say I've had the same experience at the other HyVee pharmacies in the area, sadly.

Hy-Vee has everything you'd want in a grocery. It's always clean, the staff are always pleasant and extremely helpful in many ways. The food quality is exceptional and reasonably priced. The meat selection is second to none. I'm always discovering a new filet or meat and vegetables combination to grill at home. There seafood is delicious. I'm a big fan of there salads as they have them sealed in containers so they stay good in the fridge for quite a few days and always taste crisp and fresh

Xhecky this place out in spring. Surprisingly great selection of plants at a reasonable price. Hidden gem, also great wine selection. I have seen people go from the Hy-Vee parking lot to this store because the larger store didn't have what they needed, but this place does.

This is always a good place to go for great spirits and wine. Mark the manager has the store running like a well oiled machine and has some very good prices on quality items.

I love the staff members of the pharmacy they are amazingly helpful in any way they can. Such as hurrying when phone was broken so had little time to tell them what I needed and they accommodate me like usually. Plus they delivered once a week to west branch at no cost. I truly hope they read this review so they know how great they are lol

We had to fill out some paperwork before we could get an appointment for our Moderna booster shots, but we followed through and got our shots a few minutes after 4:00 p.m., our appointment time the day after turning in our paperwork. My arm hurt for a few days afterwards but no other symptoms. Quick and relatively easy.

This is a favorite store for our family. It's quite similar or FRY'S in Yuma Az. I wish they would cater to the older crowd in some of their fresh veggies. You know where u can buy a couple of stalks of celery rather than the entire plant...we will end up throwing 2/3rds of it out.

Started using Hy-Vee Drugstore as my main pharmacy several years ago, because it was close to my doctor's office. The staff are always pleasant and professional, and very helpful. Plenty of free parking, easy to get in and out, and I'm impressed with their COVID-19 precautions. Can be very busy at times, may have to wait a bit to ask a question; you will get a polite and helpful answer. I like that you can fill out vaccination forms (for COVID & flu for example) online

I've never had a bad experience here, even though it's an older Hy-Vee building the people make all the difference I highly recommend chosing this location. I haven't been to very many exceptional pharmacies but this one definitely makes you feel welcome and cared about and they are willing to go above and beyond to help me find what I need for nonprescription remedy's as well.

So went to this Hy-Vee to pick my antibiotics up for my tooth that was infected and needed because my surgery was tomorrow. I can't begin to count how many times Hy-Vee has helped me out if I was short funded to get me to my next paycheck for the medication that I needed either it be for my diabetes or my depression and anxiety, they have always helped me get by with that helpful smile in every aisle. But as for today I went to go pick it up and was pretty much to bad to sad there is nothing we can do to help you, or outta luck, SOL, up a creek without a paddle. Its had to be the whole thing or nothing we're not parting the medication out to you to help you out. Today is the last day I use Hy-Vee for my medications. I can go to other places that will help me out.
