Good luck if you need help. If you do find someone available. They don't know how to speak your language. And somewhat rude.Somewhat rude. it's no good that they have To restock the shelves when their busiest times are. They really need to do it between 11 and 6 AM when they're closed if they're gonna stay closed all Nigat, least let the workers work in peace.

They have a guy that does self check out that goes into the ladies room. He is strictly a male. Walmart won’t do anything about and I will keep pushing for them to have this male use the proper restroom.

It seems like I find myself here frequently. There are only a few things I have found them out of over the years.However the "Great Value tonic Water in Grapefruit flavor that you discontinued was a very sad day!!" Most disappointing discussion ever made I swear!!

Typical Walmart. Went in for stuff. Got stuff. Store is organized and fairly clean compared to others I've been in.Was almost perfect except for 1 checker open. Line was increasing.Worker monitoring south self checkout offered to check me and another customer out. This man deserves a raise going above and beyond. Nice person to talk to.To store manager - open more checkout stations.

I recently went in for them to replace all four of my tires, we had some problems getting the appointment set in stone and that wasn’t anyone’s fault but technology, I finally get my car in and I wonder around the store as I’m waiting for my car to be done. After the service I check my receipt and they charged me for TWO warranty’s that were NEVER discussed with me (it literally says on the back of my receipt ‘our promise to you, we won’t over charge or do anything without talking to you about it first’ more or less) causing me to pay out an extra $100 and they didn’t even use the tires I bought offline so they almost charged me for another full set, will definitely be going elsewhere for car maintenance from now on

They were slowly rearranging all the food in every aisle.Its confusing .especially difficult on a time limit because I take the herta bus. with just the one hour it used to take me I didn't have the chance to meander up& down each lane casually glancing at every shelf on both sides section by section. The outcome wasn't a great one but last minute changes to my list made it a very costly one! I don't want to be there for 2hrs the next two or three times I ride the bus there to find and memorize the new layout..ugh

This store has REALLY gone downhill. It's difficult to find anyone to help. At least until you go to the check out. SELF-CHECKOUT! Because there is very rarely an actual employee working a checkout lane. Instead, they stand around the self-checkout area in groups of 4-6, playing on their phones. On the rare occasion that they pay any attention to the customers, its to stand over your shoulder as you do their job for them while they get paid for doing absolutely nothing!!!

I hate it that you have to check your own self out. No cashiers. Then they look at you like you stole items. And when do I get to use the break room or get health insurance. I basically work there now, right?

This store deserves a 0 rating. They are severely understaffed. The cashier's are so slow it seems they are trying to get the shoppers to self check out so they won't have to do anything. There is practically no one on the floor to help customers, and if you are lucky enough to find someone they act they are too busy. Wal-Mart needs to shape up and serve the customer better

This is the best Wal-Mart that we have shopped. Today, there were SO many employees stocking shells, so many employees offering assistance, so many employees appearing to actually enjoy their jobs. This is the only Wal-Mart I ever want to shop.

They have a much better selection of many grocery items than the other stores in the area. They deliver, or have things waiting for you when you pull up.Is the service perfect? Absolutely not. But they usually do a good job.If you want to complain about the employees not knowing their job at times, complain to management. The company should provide better training.I am old, and the store is huge. How's about putting in a few chairs throughout the store? I think that they would be welcome. And sales could increase.Simply because many senior citizens won't go all the way across the store to get the last thing on their shopping list.But they might, if they could catch their breath somewhere in the middle.

The one on SE 14 stIs so bad there are only 2or3whites the others Spanish speaking if your higher they should speaking both languages. Why is it self checkouts we work for you so we should be able to make sure we get our 10% discounts to. An we do the work and still get the dirty look. When were the employees.

Produce is disgusting and moldy, there’s hardly anything there to choose from most of the time. Employees are rude and disrespectful. They will sit there and look at you check out every item yourself and then want to claim you’re stealing something. I showed her my receipt and she sat there and counted all the items in my cart and of course it was all there. If Walmart thinks every customer is stealing maybe they should get rid of self checkout and start making their employees do their jobs. I’ll be shopping elsewhere as I do not appreciate being treated like a thief.

This is for the Manager Kathy, I hope she can please read this about her staff member)Today we went to this Walmart which is usually fine. But today we had to encounter a terrible cashier helper named Beverly. She’s an old lady who has a bad attitude and argues with customers. We saw her previously argue with a customer she was helping with about having to help them . After them we as well needed help taking down something we no longer wanted. She then came up to us angry saying it was not her job to be taking things down and that she has other things to do. She told us we couldn’t do that again or she’d be angry. We’ve been to many Walmart’s and never had a problem. Cashier helpers is their job to help people when they get stuck or don’t want something. People do this all the time and never get told this. I then asked her why not? And she decided to argue with us as well. She kept on saying rude comments and making faces. This makes Walmart look bad and unfriendly. I always hope she’s not there helping though she helps zero. But it’s because every time she’s there she always has a bad attitude with all customers.

No problems with this visit. Store seemed clean and had what I needed. Guess I don't mind self checkout unlike some. I've had issues (in general, not meaning just here) being checked out by someone, with being overcharged, double charged etc, so at least if I check myself out, I can verify prices.Update 1/30/23:Store still met my needs this visit. No issues with the self checkout

Can usually find what I need. Mostly friendly staff but there are a few that could use training in customer service. They seem a little understaffed tho, so that could be the problem. The produce area could use some improvement. Sometimes they completely run out of basics like lettuce. Overall it is a clean store with great prices.
