Please for the love of God, if you can get Concerta consistently we will come back. We have to use Hy-vee right now and they are downright rude and the wait is FOREVER. Plus they never remember to add our script coupon to bring our total down $100 and then we have to WAIT while they help other people so they can apply it. Just so unbelievably frustrated and miss our helpful, familiar and friendly pharmacy.

Attention Walgreens customers, if your expecting to get your 1% for prescription purchased added to your rewards account automatically, guess again, it won't happen. Three weeks ago while picking up a prescription I asked if my wife's rewards account was credited, the assistant said yes. It wasn't, I went into the store spoke with manager on duty, they apologized and credited my account $1. Two weeks ago while picking up my wife's prescription I again asked the standard question, which account was credited, the "new assistant" indicated my wife's number and after paying had to back into the store. This time the manager on duty determined it was a training issue and credited my account $5. Just picked up a prescription tonight, the assistant which was the same person as last week, asked me if she should credit my wife's account, I said yes thinking she went through the training program, this was great. After looking at the package, even though she asked, my wife's account wasn't credited her 1%. Again, going back into the store, and not receiving a satisfactory answer from the assistant manager, she credited my account $1. Until Walgreens start hiring and training employees that care about their job and stop hiring and trying to train employees from colleges with a gender studies degree, I guess I'll continue to go into the store and get either a $1 or $5 added to my rewards account. My only suggestion to Walgreens, remember Pizza Hut of years ago used to market a $5 personnel pan pizza, guaranteed delivered within 5 minutes of ordering or your next pizza was free. I used to get every other pizza free and they eventually saw the error of there ways and stopped that promotion. How about if you screw up crediting the rewards account, you credit that account $5 just like pizza hut of years ago. I'll be your customer forever, after 3 visits the fourth would be free.

This is a great place to get your medicine from. They always have the things you need when you need them! They are so supplied and have things for many different subjects. The workers are amazing, hard working, and have amazing customer service!

Is the Walgreens Tech, in Indianola Iowa, is the rudest person I've ever met.. I arrived early for a covid 19 test. The instructions require we be at least 5 minutes early. I live 40 minutes away so unfortunately I was 20 minutes early. She told me to leave and get back in line. At first I thought she was kidding, then I realized she was not. If you want really BAD and RUDE service come to this pharmacy.

Rude pharmacy manager likes to argue. Had a prescription that was valid for 2 yrs, after 10 months I went to refill my medication and she said she no longer felt comfortable filling my medicine even though the script was still 100% valid and i had even called it in the day before and the automated system said it would be ready by 11am, only reason it wasnt is because she took it amongst herself to override my doctors orders and put it on hold. I hope she gets fired. Ive been on this medication almost a yr now and she decided to cut me off cold turkey!

Like the previous poster, I too have received rude customer service from the pharmacy tech at the indianola walgreens. She is very confrontational. But she is standing in earshot of the pharmacist and so this must be what she was hired to do. I clicked on one star because site would not post until I did. In reality no stars are deserved.
