Really like this business!! Excellent and very helpful employees. Carter helped me last Saturday evening. Really knew his business as a young employee!! Big variety of items and reasonable prices. I had a handgun laid back, with other items for a future pickup, which I thought was very considerate. Just wished the store was closer. Don't worry, I will definitely be back.

Great hometown feel. Super friendly and always helpful. We get our dogs' food and some treats. Also, sad they stopped selling Breyer products but, overall a great place.

It wasn't more than ten minutes that staff was asking me if they could help. Their selection surpassed that of home depot and Menards with very acceptable prices. I could have spent a whole day shopping here, i will be back now that I know what a great store it is

Went in to buy a safe, a nice employee (I think her name was Laura) was there within a few minutes and offered to open them up so I could look inside. Cashier was friendly and so were the loading staff who helped load it up. Always love going in for sporting goods and dog toys.

Have always had friendly service. The store is always clean and if they don't have it in stock, they are willing to try one of their other stores. Don't have the brand and size of cat food we like but other than that, we are happy with them

Very nice casino. Still small compared to what I'm used to. Needs more slot machines. Smoking should be in a separate building closed off from the casino itself.After reading reviews about the buffet, we decided to eat there. We stood in line for 2 hours and the only good things the buffet had was the crab, shrimp and the dessert was ok. I do not recommend wasting your money, it's very expensive on seafood night. We were very disappointed. Because of waiting in line so long for dinner we didn't get to play slots for very long before we had to head back home, which is an hour and a half away.We will go back another time but we will eat food elsewhere.

I shop at Theisens regularly and always have a good experience. I needed a new snow blower the other day so I went to Theisens and got a Husqvarna. They taught me how to run it and I couldn't be happier with its performance. Had several opportunities to use it already and it's been great.

Didn't find what I was hoping to, but selection was good & employees were friendly & helpful. Seems like when you're not needing an item (boots), they have them & when you decide to buy, the ones you wanted were gone or out of the size you need. I'll be back to look again.

I was looking for an item, I asked an employee for helpHe called for the one that works in that department.As he helped me , the item was currently out of stock. He would when the truck arrived, would hold back the item, and would leave it at the registers.Now that is world class customer service. Something lacking at other businesses.

So...When a customer calls; asks an employee if a certain item is available; the appropriate response would be "let me check" correct? Not here; this is probably the tenth (yes, shame on me) time an employee has immediately answered "yes" without checking inventory..Guess what? Every..Time..Not..In..Stock.. Saturday was the end of Theisen's nonsense for me..(Also drove thirty miles for several "in stock" items..super frustrating)

Workers seem to have a problem helping you with most simple needs but store overall is nice and most the time has the items your after just ow your after or where it is located if not your on your own... have a positive day

Thorough selection of merchandise for farm and home. Surprise find in the toy department, found a perfect coloring book for a disabled loved one. Nice firearm selection and ammunition, everything for hunting season and hobby shooting.

Was looking for a very specific type of switch for my 4 wheeler. The salesperson in automotive was extremely helpful in trying to find exactly what I was looking for. We were able to find a kit that included the switch i needed but not the switch by itself so I opted to wait and order it online. So.. even though I didn't get what I needed, the staff was great and I will most definitely return. Should note that I was able to find some great Christmas presents in December as well.
