So i got some issues with my radio the touchscreen wasn't working properly i call the dealer took my yukon 2019 for it they thought it was my battery so they replaced they charge me almost $259 for it not big deal i paid for it didn't fix my problem so they ordered me a new radio but they tell me to get my suv because the radio was in backorder i got my suv and i find out they broke my RELEASE OPENER LINE CABLE so i call them back and tell them about it they tell me oh don't worry we will look into it so i took my suv back again yesterday they tell me couple hours on it i call them around 2 pm to find out the status on my suv well they said the technician was working on another car so your suv won't be ready today ,fine i said i b back tomorrow to get it so today i went to get i got my new radio i paid them and i remind them about the release opener cable well they tell me i had to paid them to replaced why? Make no sense to me to paid for something they broke i spoke withthe store manager he wasn't very nice but I'll call corporate and let them know about it thx again gmc dealer from indianola

It was a real pleasure working with Greg Young Buick. They really took care of me. One of the reasons I got my car there was because of the customer service. They helped me get my old car up to their dealership when I was afraid to drive it. They were generous and there was no hard selling. I liked the warranty programs tooThey were very informative about the car I was buying and made sure all my questions were answered. As a single, slightly senior woman I felt cared for, respected and treated like family. I highly recommend the folks there. Colton my salesman was terrific and I would say this was a super buying experience.

Every member of the Gregg Young team made me feel like I was their only customer- even though their parking lot was full of customers. My buying experience was low stress and the team was super conscious of my time and schedule. Kris was not pushy or high pressure at all. He was easy to text and communicate with. Totally transparent from beginning to end. I love my new Buick!

Brought my brand new GMC Denali in for its 1st oil change. My truck was damaged. Brought it back in to show them with in 24 hours. There damage up under to the tail pipe with no other damage to my bumper or any part of my truck At the time it was to be taken care of. Brought it back in and was told they did not do it.Very Disappointed ....

I had a wonderful experience with Gregg Young Buick GMC out of Indianola, IA. It, by far, was the best vehicle trade for a new vehicle purchase process I have ever had in my years of dealing for a vehicle. Their claim to fame that the price listed is the price you pay without hassle of back and forth you may experience at other dealers was a breath of fresh air. Their pricing was excellent and fair and they gave incentives or rebates when applicable as well. They were thorough in explaining everything and truly wanted me, as the customer, to have a good experience. I have found my dealer of choice in years to come. Great dealership to take your vehicle in for repairs and maintenance work.They inspected my vehicle from all points. When they sent me the estimate, they also included a video of the inspection.It was nice being able to see and hear on the vehicle, what needed maintenance/repairs, and what was in good shape.

Very pleased with my first oil change experience! Dropped my vehicle off and it was done in a very timely fashion even though I was unable to pick it up until after work. After work, as I was going over the paperwork, they remote started the car so that by the time we were done, they had driven it up to the door and I was able to get into a warm car.

They tried to get me for an insanely high rate and after I got them down I was promised one rate and even signed the paperwork for it and left with the car that night. I was called the next day and was told I couldn't get that rate anymore and they'd need me to sign different papers. That, to me, doesn't seem ethical and made me very mad. They weren't as customer service oriented as one would hope. However, I was there till' very late at night after closing and they stayed for me so I have to admit I can see why they were stand-offish. The car is nice though.

I am so thrilled about the outcome of my visit to your dealership yesterday! I feel we both ended up with my new car and the car I traded in! I’ve taken excellent care of my car for the past five years. I know it will make someone a great car. Tate was wonderful and I found out that I started working with his uncle at 3M many years ago. His uncle is also a great guy! Tate was very knowledgeable and respectful - I appreciate that. I wasn’t pressured and he answered all my questions and concerns. The rest of your staff were very friendly and made me very comfortable - good people! Thank you for helping me trade in my car for the new car. I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership from out of state.Colton Otto was my sales person. He was polite, informative and honest throughout the entire process. From the GM to Finance to all the other individuals I met on the sales floor during pickup, all displayed similar traits. It was a very welcoming, small town atmosphere.I received a detailed video of the excellent low mileage vehicle with any blemishes called out so I was fully informed.Between placing my deposit and eventual pick up (6.5 hours from my home), the detailer had discovered an issue with the driver inner door panel. Without my request or even informing me upfront, the dealership arranged to replace the panel.Excellent service and customer interaction! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone for local or remote purchases.

This was the first time I can recall using their service department for an oil change. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, it was a great experience!Once we arrived, the technician who checked us in was extremely polite and professional. After checking in, we went to the front lobby to snoop around for a bit at the new vehicles. The front desk host was as polite and professional.Going forward, I plan on taking my vehicles there for my future oil changes with my other 2 vehicles.

Overall talking about get the vehicle was fine but, the service that came with buying the vehicle was not complete. All my tires were low especially the rear was supposed to be filled to the proper psi.

I will probably never go back to the Norwalk Chevy. The Chevy in indianola will forever be my shop. Their customer service was 100% better than Norwalk. They were accommodating and kind. They didn't try to overcharge me. I put all my trust in this shop. They even helped get my stuff moved from car to the other.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Colton was waiting for me when I got there with the car I was interested in and it was warmed up and ready to drive. We took a test drive and he provided me with any and all information that I might need. Once I told him this is the car I wanted he got to work crunching numbers. They held true to their original offer and sent me over to Lourdes to wrap up all the paperwork. I was in and out in 2 hours and 15 minutes total and on the road with my brand new car. I can’t get over how quick, professional and honest they were during the entire process. I will be sending everyone I know their way going forward. Amazing customer service from beginning to end.

Last year when I decided to upgrade my Cadillac Escalade, I found a beautiful one at Gregg Young in Indianola. Everyone involved was helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. From the test drive, to the sale, and to the financing, they completely took care of me. They drove to Ankeny twice to pick up my vehicle when I needed service work. Sean especially goes above and beyond, and I am grateful that I can depend on the whole team at Gregg Young! I would recommend anyone to check them out, and I hope to buy from them again in the future.
