I have been here a few times now, and I got some really great deals this time. Used their coupons and added to my savings. I was able to find some low sodium products, which I need for my heart healthy diet. That was really nice. The staff was friendly and courteous. The store is clean and organized. But, they were out of several items, which is frustrating.

They have good sales. If its not on sale, though, it's a bit pricey. They have limited selection because it's a small store. But it's clean and the people are friendly. Their take home meals are really good. Lasagna and Fettuccine Alfredo are our favorites. I follow them on Facebook to keep an eye out for the best deals and their weekly features.

Worst store I’ve ever shopped! Been there multiple times and the first few times they didn’t have what was on sale and just told us to come back some other day and hope they have it, we had to personally ask if they had rain checks and request one ourselves before they gave us one and they acted completely annoyed at the inconvenience.But they had really good coupons in a mailer recently so we gave another chance. The first week of coupons they didn’t have multiple items and refused a rain check and then week two I went in for Pepsi, potatoes, and 3 bags of chips (only the coupon items). Not ONLY did the checkout girl look and act like she hates her job, didn’t greet us, rang us up in silence, found out later she “pretended” to apply the coupons, and finished the transaction without a word… but then I got home thinking the total was a bit higher than expected.Looking at the receipt I realized it was because she rang up the Pepsi an extra time and didn’t void the extra charged item, then scanned the coupons but didn’t bother to tell me that two of the three didn’t even process so I could have the curtesy of seeing what items weren’t showing as being eligible for the coupons or why (and I am always METICULOUS about reading the fine print to make sure I am purchasing the correct items for a coupon).I will NEVER shop there again and put myself through such horrible customer service and coupon scams.

Why is this place even here we have Walmart and faraway say goof bye dollar fresh wont past long. Independence makes poor decisions. What is for good business in Independence how about two McDonald's put one up. And take it down put one up what a huge waste of money. We have nothing here should be a ghost town we have more cops then more employees at Walmart lol

Lovely, clean and well organized store! The staff was very helpful, they knew their store well! The produce looked fresh and the area was clean!! So much nicer than the big box grocery in the city!

New store!I like the contactless payment!I do not like that I lose phone service inside the store. Outside in parking lot I have excellent phone service but inside I have none or very spot service. When I need to call the wife with a question about something I have to go outside!Maybe the metal building is causing the issue?

I love that they advertised when they had cheaper items then fareway did, it automatically made me want to get it. But other than that I would probably still choose fareway over them if I had to choose.

Inside of the store is clean and modern with many amenities in store, great prices on Fountain Drinks and overall good experience, Contactless payments is also available which is a great bonus.
