The staff here was welcoming and friendly. Gave good advise on where to eat and get supplies. I was weathered out from work a few times and spent many hours in my room getting caught up on paperwork. The staff was so quiet I could barely tell they were there. When I did emerge from my room they would strikeup a conversation with me and made me feel even more welcome to their community. I thank them all for being so nice to me.Nearby activities: The Restaurant next door was a great place to hang out and have dinner and a beer.

Small quite hotel room was clean took a minute to figure out the outlets next to bed were ran off a light switch by the door. My main complaint was the TV sat too low on the dresser so when u laid down your feet blocked the TV. Bed too high TV too low needs wall mounted. Bathroom was ok nothing crazy but functional. Great food next door. Would stay again if passing through.

First off, the town is beautiful! The local businesses have done an amazing job of creating a very nice appearance. Every store seems clean, including the hotel.The Super 8 actually smelled clean and was well kept from the lobby to the room.One of the best things to me, was that the hotel room actually looked like the one on Expedia.Food options are limited, but Casey's has pretty amazing pizza.(The photos were taken immediately after entering the room for the first time.)

We arrived after midnight Saturday and were not allowed to check in even though we had a reservation and a confirmation number through Wyndam. We were told that we were on the no show list because we were not checked by midnight even though the reservation is for showing check in on Saturday and check out for Sunday at 11:00. They wanted to bill us a second time even though we were able to provide the confirmation number from our registration.

Easily visible from Hwy 59/175 on the eastern edge of town. Next door to a great restaurant and relatively close to gas stations and a few other restaurants. Immaculately clean. The single queen (bed) rooms feature an extremely comfortable recliner. All rooms have a large flat screen TV, mini fridge and microwave. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, and there's plenty of hot water (hot water can be very hot, beware). The continental breakfast is great, some of the best biscuits and gravy I've had at a hotel. Great friendly staff. They are also pet friendly (for a small fee per pet). Have stayed here several times and will stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

One of the staff members helped me figure out how to get the heater to a temperature that kept me warm. He seemed not to be allowed to give me an extra blanket for some reason. Thank you for fixing the heater.Of course, the lady in the morning (the "owner") was passive aggressive about getting me to leave before check out time. When I confronted her about her behavior, she got very mad and said some choice words to me. I replied in kind and she ran after me in a physical rage when I exited and said she'd call the cops if I did not leave her hotel parking lot.I've been learning that people are dipsh$ts about "owning" property and making money off of others' work and money. Then they don't even treat their guests with respect. So, they're just collecting money and using/controlling people? They see themselves as "above" or "better" than the rest of us? What was in this lady's head?

Stayed here recently while in town attending a funeral. The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. They let us check out later than usual for no extra charge due to the funeral being that day. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Good waffles for breakfast too!

The rooms are nice the owner not so breakfast was okay checked in with service animals provided proof of service animals only to get a call at 11 p.m. waking us up wanting us to change rooms because they put us in a room apparently that was not service animal approved they should have done their homework upon check-in instead of inconveniencing the guest they wanted to move us up stairs my husband a veteran has a terminal lung disease they had no elevators and he cannot climb stairs the option was to leave or they deal with it manager said they would leave us where we were but we had to contain our in a corner of the room and not let them wrong yeah like that happened.

Rooms are nice and clean. Didn't stay long enough too see how the turn down service was. Desk clerks will wash your laundry for whatever you will pay them. Restaurant/Bar next door has amazing food. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast consists of choice of waffle or cereal, coffee, and orange juice. In my opinion they should provide more with the price per night.Downside and why I rated 4 stars: I'm in town for a minimum of 4 months for work and there is a big highway project going on so they purposely jacked up there rates. When I asked them what kind of long term rate they could give me, they said 72.99 but then added 8.50 in tax per night which is 82.00 so they weren't giving a better price. 82.00 a night is way over priced for a small town like this, the Deluxe Hotel about a mile down the road is only 283$ a week and there rooms are more than sufficient.

Worst stay yet. Will not stay here again. The gentleman who checked us in was not friendly at all. Was not happy we had a service dog with us. I asked for extra towels for 4 people, he gave me two bath towels, I said I needed more he brought me two more with 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. I said oh thank you for being so generous NOT!!!! Then I walked away.

Great option in a small town. Very quiet. My room was on the back side of the hotel with a view of a hay field. Made for some great sleep. Staff was excellent. Room was spectacular. Limited parking for trucks, but the price using my CLC card was awesome. (Restaurant next door has a small bar and excellent food, too.)

Room was nice and clean and hospitality came daily to make bed and replenish towels. I would advise everyone that has any cell provider other than Verizon to stay elsewhere. I have T-Mobile on my personal phone and I have Verizon on my work phone and T-Mobile is DEAD in this area...NO SIGNAL WHATSOEVER. I had to buy a pre-paid Verizon phone from the Dollar General around the corner. So please plan accordingly

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy. When I reported a health problem they just blew me off and said it is normal when clearly it is not. Not to mention my room was left open by housekeeping and stuff was stolen from my room they didn't even care enough to check there security cameras when asked multiple times I just got completely ignored. This facility is a solid 0/10. I highly recommend staying in the motel down the road!

Terrible hotel. The place is overloaded with fragrance, people aren't friendly like they don't care if you are there or not. The owner manager did everything he could do to not accommodate requests like for an extra pillow. Just go to a different hotel!!

We booked a room online, when we arrived, we were told that they did not have our reservation. We had the confirmation email mail. The young lady working the desk really didn't seem to care. She told us that for some reason, the online reservations weren't actually being booked and unfortunately, they were full. Very disappointed. After driving over 8 hours and to have to scramble to find a room that late at night is very frustrating!!

Usually you think of Super 8 as a low quality budget place to stay. (No problem with that)However this place is genuinely quite nice. It far exceeds the expectations of most Super 8s.
