New owner is awesome to work with!! A couple of months ago my wife was hearing a noise coming from a rear wheel of her van. The owner took the time out of his busy day to check it out and removed a rock chip from the hub which took care of the noise. He didn't charge my wife anything for this, asked her to remember him when it was time for new tires. Well today she went back for new tires!

I was recommended here by my primary mechanic for exhaust work. I called them around 1:15pm, not expecting to get in until the following day. They told me to head on over and that it would take about an hour to fix. Within an hour and half of calling them, my vehicle was repaired and ready to go. Very impressed with the timely service and reasonable pricing!

Let me preface this with the fact I never review businesses, good or bad, so it takes something extraordinary for me to go out of my way like this. We dropped our 2006 Crysler town and country off to be looked at. It lost all antifreeze and was towed in. I dropped the keys off and gave the man at the front desk my wifes phone number to call when they figured out what the issue was. They never called. Luckily for us, my wife called in later that day. They had started repairs! They had installed a new radiator to the tune of $250. They had a $600 fan on order that was coming the next day. My wife put and immediate stop to the work. All in all this ran us a total of $450 with labor and the radiator. WhenI contacted them to discuss the issue they admitted there was a"misscomunication on their end" I said I would pay for the radiator since it was installed but i didnt want to pay for the labor since this was their mistake. He said" I dont want to work for free." And he offered $50 off. Needless to say we are going to bring our van elsewhere for work. So beware that OK Tire in Humboldt, Iowa will perform unauthorized work on your vehicle.Edit: Since posting this, I have filed a formal complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of the Iowa Attorney General.Edit: On August 13, 2018 the Consumer protection Division of the Iowa Attorney General found them in violation of Iowa Code 537B.3 Required Trade Practices and Iowa Code 537B.6 Deceptive Act or Practice. I was refunded the costs of labor.

Checked in with them to see what they could and couldn't do didn't give them any business but might use in the future.Had a tire repair done ,good price timely service,am satisfied with their work and will return when needed

Went in for an Alignment they told me the alignment was good but I had one tire pulling they switched my front tires and charged me $120.00 and didn't perform any alignment work. $20.00 to switch my front tires.
