Went there to pick up just a couple pieces of #6 wire THHN wire, to temporary contact a service until repair could be made. They had items on the shelve that nobody could figure out what to charge. I ended up paying like 3 time the amount due to their lack of knowledge. I got (3) pieces of #6 THHN wire 3' long( 9") total. they charged me $36.90 . after I got back to Ft. Dodge I looked up what it should of been, $.89 per Ft. the most it should of been was $9. Sure glade I went here, NOT

Couldn't get a simple stihl kombi attachment issue fixed under warranty as I wasn't prioritized at all, 6 weeks later I walked in, took it and took it over to Pocahontas Equipment where it was fixed in less than a week, even with the tech sick a few days.

It's a hardware store prices are higher than Walmart but it's better than driving 25 miles to Walmart so you use it tickets stuff where the cost of gas does it make sense
