The counter staff Terri L. (Employee since 2011) was rude, condescending, & combative in speech. I was talked down to & treated as if I was a criminal when I was attempting to pick up my routine prescriptions.Terri L. at the counter jumped back & forth helping 3 customers at once, purposely putting me on the back burner to wait.I have an out of state driver's license that she had not seen before, I was questioned in a roundabout way about whether it was a Fake ID. I was even asked if I had a real one. An employee's lack of understanding, education, & knowledge of legal state issued ID's should not be the consequence of the customer. It was a legal Colorado Driver's License.When I continued to keep getting attitude & confrontation, I calmly stated that I will just have my doctor send the prescription over to Larry's Pharmacy. I have been picking up this same prescription from Larry's for the past year with no issues. Terri L. met me with a condescending reply of "As You Wish" & proceed to rip up the prescription papers she had printed out, in front of my face.If you hate your job, then quit. Don't take your day out on a stranger, make wild assumptions, or incorporate your personal bias when serving others.I'll go to great lengths to not be treated as if I'm somehow below a small town grocery store pharmacy employee.Wake up, you are certified trash.
