Grocery staff is friendly, but the pharmacy is not always friendly, especially especially the clerk named Sharon is extremely rude! Called after needing things after a surgery and needed help with online order and was told they where too busy to help because of a add that came out. Not feeling great about shopping there latly.

Everyone is always pleasant and very helpful. It's close to home, so very convenient. They've dropped a couple items I've been able to count on every week or two, so I've had to make a 20mi trip to Wal-Mart to get them. But, overall I still count on my local Hyvee here in Humboldt. Thx everyone, you're Super!

Since I happened to be in Humboldt today I stopped at the Hyvee store for a few items, sad to say, I was really disappointed. The checkers were more interested in talking to each other about football than taking care of the people checking out. I was never asked about my fuel saver and by the time I brought it up it was “too late” to check on it and he thought non of my items would have qualified anyway. The only bright spot was the meat department, he was very friendly and helpful. Hyvee is one of my favorite stores, but from now on I will stick to the Algona or Fort Dodge stores

Was alittle disappointed, as the store seemed a jumbled up disorganized place. Usually Hy-vee is my favorite store to shop at. Seafood department lacked alot. I wanted a certain " mini" pies I was told all Hy-Vees carried. If this one did, I could not find anywhere, so that was disappointing, but oh well. The check out lady was very friendly. I DO NoT do self check out. Hate it. So glad they still have " checkers"

Thank you so much to the mgr of this store. I had an issue with a money order I got almost a month ago. The Meg took my number said she would call if she found the mistake. I was pleasantly surprised about and hour later the mgr called and had found the mistake and resolved it. She went above and beyond thank you so much.

Excellent small town Hy-Vee! Very friendly service and the store is always clean. I stop at this store nearly daily and I have never been disappointed with the staff or the store. My unfair four star rating is there aren't the multi options to choose from on their eat in menu. Don't get me wrong though, they make excellent food here and when the grill is going outside you need to stop and try whatever they are cooking! I would just love to see this store get some more options like sushi or a Chinese buffet like the store in Ft Dodge. This store is still a five star store outside of my selfish desire. Keep up the good work Hy-Vee Humboldt!

Not as good as Fareway. They have a detached liquor store that I have given a separate rating which is 4/5. Their meat department consistently disappoints me with not great quality of meats. They get 3 stars for the pharmacy, their decent selection, and their hot food / bakery.

Prices, as with everything else, are a bit high but a wide selection of foods and I found a super, on sale, that my hubby could have , he has to watch his carbs......Its called trivia brown sugar blend. They are never crowded, very pleasant and willing to come to you to deliver something you ask for.What a difference from California.!

Love this hyvee. Especially their very helpful meat department. They've even brought me a basket without asking because my arms got full. Only complaint is the cash register area is really comgested when busy so navigating through takes some patience and manners.

This store almost always has everything that I am looking for. The young girl at the courtesy counter was able to handle a busy situation while remaining calm under pressure. This small community store has superb employees and always provides great service!

Great selection of everyday and hard to find grocery items, even gluten free. Excellent fresh produce, meat and deli departments. They also have an outstanding pharmacy department with a very helpful staff.

I shop here often. Sometimes they don't have what I need. I miss the night manager, Tim. Really liked the great customer service he showed when I was there. I was told he went back to Colorado. :(

Such a disappointment that they've moved to so many self checkouts and cut the hours/convenience of on line orders. Sad to see local people losing jobs when HyVee themselves are doing very well.

Went in To have dinner after church, we were very disappointed to find that they have done away with the cold salads an Dessert, an the crooked hot food all looked dried And did not look appealing.

It was freezing in the store which was very uncomfortable and offends my environmental concerns. Also I couldn't buy any nuts economically. Very small expensive packaging and no options for greater volume. Staff was very helpful, nice, and personable.

After 30 minutes of waiting on our food we got one of our items. Ice cold. Then about another 5 minutes we got another item. By the last item we had been there for almost an hour waiting on our food. Then to find egg shells in our food. Disgusting and the most uncaring staff for the kitchen.

Now I do love my small town grocery store. Recently I have been very disappointed in the deli. The food has sat there to long. I tried the Brussels sprouts alls I got was lumps of sugar. I wish our deli put the same effort the Fort Dogde HyVee does. Now smoked meat is always good. So whoever cooks that keep up the good work.

Ive had way better experiences with hyvee food before but this time it was just horrible. The food was cold and took over 45 minutes to get to us. There was also shells in my food. Never want to eat at another hyvee again. It ruined other hyvees for me
