Went Tuesday at noon. Service was fast but very unfriendly. Gave me my order to eat here, she did not leave the tray. Bacon ranch burger was sloppy, too much ranch. Onion rings were overcooked, no sauce provided. 12 dollors was too much for this meal. This is the second time I have eaten here and you think that I would learn! You need to be more selective when you pick your employees and hire a new cook. It's not like your too busy!!

This is probably the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. My family and I had gone to this Dairy Queen and ordered a big-ish order but it wasn't busy so there wasn't much need to rush. When we got out food, we were missing all of the sauce, 2-3 burgers, and a couple orders of cheese curds. The cheese curds that we did get were soggy and again, didnt come with any sauce. Not to mention the lady taking our order acted like she had no idea what she was doing. She kept cutting me off every time I tried to speak.

We went through the drive-thru tonight, and there was what appeared to be only one lady working. She got our order to us quickly, and everything was super fresh, delicious, and accurate. I'm impressed with the service especially being short staffed. Thank you so much!!

It was really lousy servous, we told her what we wanted and didn't even get half of it, she didn't even put most of it down and we told her we didn't get it and she charged us more. So she didn't hear our order. And then she argued with us. Poor customer survous.

Worst dairy queen we have ever been to. Person taking our order through the drive thru was rude and kept cutting me off by saying "is that it" and did not even ask us if we wanted drinks. My pregnant wife went in to use the bathroom and it smelled awful. Completely disgusting. There was pee on the seat, toilet paper on the ground, and smelled so strongly of urine my wife said it burned her eyes and lungs like an old litter box. While waiting in line we watched 2 workers leaning on the counter talking and the female was drinking a soda, and wiped her mouth with her hand then grabbed our food. After receiving our food we got a 5 piece chicken strip basket instead of 6, a dr pepper that was watery and weirdly cherry tasting, cold old gravy, and impressively my fries were a mixture of stale, soggy, and under cooked. Completely disgusting. Will never be returning again.

If there was an option to do negative stars this would be it!!! We walked in around 8 pm and the lady making ice cream didn’t even acknowledge my family and I walking in. She was busy making ice cream and huffing under her breath, so we waited a few 10 minutes then I asked her if they were still open and she rudely said, “NO, that’s why the mop bucket was in the door way! I just have been to busy to put the dining room closed sign up!” I just replied ok we will go to the drive thru and order. As we were walking out she rudely said “or don’t I don’t care!” So we went to the drive thru and we waited to order as it was our turn I simply asked if I have coupons can we use more than one? She again rudely replied shouting thru the speaker, “NO!” So we left! DQ lost the money of my family of 4, and will not be returning!

We ordered a drive through n they got the order wrong. Part of the order was missing n the burger was incorrect. We returned. There was no apology. They still didn’t get it all correct, but we didn’t want to return again.We decided to give it another try months later. It was no better. In fact they didn’t have a couple of the items in stock as part of my order but was happy to still charge the same price! We’re definitely not returning!

My experience at Dairy Queen was exceptional! I had a dental appointment in Eagle Grove and decided to stop at the neighboring Dairy Queen for a dinner for myself and my ride a long. The staff was great and the food was delicious!! The cashier bless me with a chocolate covered ice - cream cone ?

Showed up before closing and waited in drive thru line until the the car in front of us gave up, apparently had been sitting there for how long waiting for someone to acknowledge they were there. We walked up to the window and asked what's going on and they just told us they were closed. Apparently didn't want to work because they already started cleaning up. If the constant terrible reviews of this DQ don't say something about how it's ran, I don't know what else will. Put in new management and hire people who operate the business as the brand you wish to have.

Not terribly impressed. Got there when the doors opened at 10:30, so you think the place would be clean right? The staff clearly had to clean up from the night before, dirty tables, needed swept. The employee that helped me was nice and professional but her outfit was filthy, and she also got my order wrong. No lid on my blizzard either which I'm pretty sure is mandatory.

We went through The drive-in on May 21 about 11:30 AM. We ordered two number threes and two diet Cokes with onion rings. We got a double cheeseburger and cheese balls and a four piece chicken basket. We tried to call twice and no one would answer the phone so we couldn’t go in so we are very disappointed in our service today and we gave a 30% tip thank you

Food is inconsistent. I’ve heard the ice cream machines barely get cleaned and the internals are disgusting. They use outdated buns on the burgers which can be easily noticed considering they fall apart and taste stale. I never go here anymore unless I want an ice cream cake.

First time at this DQ. Was not impressed with the service or the cleanliness. Waited approximately 20 minutes for our order which was a #1 and a #3. Finally asked employee what was taking so long. She wasn't but checked into it. Brought our order. Burgers were cold. Fries were hot.There were other customers in there who were encountering the same issues as we were. Not the typical experience that I have had at other DQ's.

Tried going through the drive thru 2 weeks ago and got chased off by the rude staff. We told them to hang on while we looked at the menu but they started yelling for us to pull forward to the second speaker when we weren't ready to order and where we couldn't read the whole menu. I repeatedly asked several times to wait because of this and they kept saying pull forward. We pulled forward to the second speaker below the combos and they still kept yelling to pull forward. We told them we were there and there was no other speaker and all they said with a full lane of cars and no clear view was they have a window and could see we weren't. Between the angle, all the vehicles in the lane blocking the view, how low my car is and the papers covering most of their "window" we just drove off feeling like they were trying to lighten the load because of how slow they were. If i had been alone I'd have told them to get out there and show me exactly where i needed to be since they thought I wasn't. They were so rude I will NEVER go back!

Food is a 3 ...which I consider good rating...but I think the employees should be reminded when working the drive through....that you put your food in a sack. Thought that was drive throughs purpose...asked twice for a sack ..all the person had to do was get the sack put it in... return....but alas took the food answered another call..which she could of said can you hold just a sec? Opened the window with the food in a sack and would of been done...would not have the people behind me waiting ....etc....All I ask is to even post some sign there if you have to ..

Poor customer service. Food is gross. Waste of money. Go to Hardee's next door or go to Emmettsburg's Dairy Queen. Have given the Humboldt location multiple chances and after today we will no longer return.

Went through the drive through on August 3rd. Ordered 3 blizzard to be made with chocolate ice cream and none of them were. Also pulled up to the window and 2 of the 3 employees did not have masks on and the one handing our food out had mask hanging from her ear.

The food is great but somethings got to be done with stirring the blizzards. Half the blizzard is vanilla. If wanted vanilla I'd save money and go to hyvee. I Have to say extra just to make sure bottom half is all vanilla but then paying 8.00 for dang blizzard. If dont change im going to hyvee from now on. Would be eay cheaper and not mostly vanilla ice cream.

Always a 15 minute wait just to order from the drive thru speaker- for an attitude for the girl taking orders as they were apparently “busy”, with no dine in or any other vehicle in line… Always terrible service and screw ups on the order.

We came around 8:45 to order through the drive through. No one would respond. We went to the window to ask why, but a lady came and told us it was “closed” I’m not sure if she was just busy or mad, but she acted in a not very pleasant manner :/ we said ok and left. I check the place on my phone just to make sure. It said that it closed at 9:30. I’m really confused on weather this lady just didn’t like us or they just decided to close earlier. Kinda disappointed

Worse DQ the wait takes forever. They specifically asked me what sauce I wanted I told them and still didn’t get any. There was ketchup smeared on the inside of my box. (Had gotten chicken strips). Not to mention after all this they shorted me on my order. Wasn’t much fries and the chicken STRIPS we more like chicken nuggets. Don’t waste your time.

Zero stars it made me pick 1 star! Worst place to eat food was cold and thrown together like a 3 year old made it ordered chili cheese fries and there was no cheese asked if cheese was supposed to be on it and they said yeah he didnt even ask if we wanted cheese! he was more worried about the people that were coming in the store than about our food! He brought all the orders except for 1 of them I sat there for 5 minutes after everyone else got there food I heard the cook say my order and waited for my food I finally decided to walk up and get it myself and it was cold in the middle there was so much sauce on the burger it was horrible the cheese curds were chewy I am absolutely disgusted with the service! I don't typically leave poor reviews, but this place has become an absolute nightmare, poor service, the food is often cold, and the longest wait times in fast food history. It's awful. I've given it so many chances, and every time I wonder how they can possibly stay open. If I owned this location I'd fire the entire staff and start over, what a disgrace.

My husband and I and another couple ordered inside around 9pm. My husband ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket for me while I was deciding on a blizzard, young gentleman asked him sir what would you like to drink and I replied just a blizzard for the drink and he total ignored me and reasked sir what do you want to drink and was very rude about it. My husband continued with his ordered and didn’t get halfway through saying what he wanted and was interrupted by the gentleman. We got waited about 15minues for our blizzards, then waited another half hour for our food that we seen sitting in the warmer.The couple that was with us just got a burger and cheese curds,mini blizzard, chicken strip basket, and a shake. Mini blizzard was made wrong, and the lady I was with had to tell the gentleman 4 times what she had for a shake. Then waited longer than we did for their food, and their cheese curds hasn’t even been made yet but the rest or their food was sitting in the warming windo. When we arrived there was one family inside and by the time we got our food they still had yet to get their ice cream. A young lady before us ordered a brownie sundae and didn’t have her order either she said she’d been waiting 25-30minutes for a warm brownie with ice cream on top. We complained and the Manager didn’t even acknowledge us.If your going to hire teenagers make sure they are trained properly and know how work under pressure when they have multiple orders coming in and to REMEMBER THE ORDERS.
