I love this store! Coming from a big city where you don't even get a hello when you walk in , it's a breath of fresh air to see such friendly helpful staff at this store. The store is clean, well stocked and has a great selection of products with eclectic variety. I always find something here.

DO NOT COME HERE! I called before I dove 1 hour to get to the store to make sure they had what I needed. They told me yes wet have multiple different versions. They lied and do not even carry more have ever carried what I called about!

I have to give kudos to the staff on this visit 12/13/21. The boys were very helpful in finding 3 particular items I needed. They actually looked for the items with me instead of blowing me off with a general direction of where the items might be. That Level of service is almost non-existent in my experience. So thank you boys, I appreciated that.

I wouldn’t even give one star. They will act like they are going to hire you for a job and then just won’t call you or anything the manager will just ignore you and never call back for your drug screen he will listen to one employee who doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Nothing but a store full of drama 🤦🏻‍♀️ Very discriminating place to work 👏🏻

Overall a great store. Tho the new manager is not friendly nor does he even seem interested in helping customers. Every time I deal with him it's as tho I'm just bothering him.

Rude young clerk again today. Couple weeks ago we asked for assistance and the same girl and a young man told us that they didn't know how to help us. We will be taking our business elsewhere if problem continues.

Rude went in looking for a plastic cowboy hat an they don't carry them said algona did to one if the employees she said well then shop in algona then. I'll never spend a dime in this hell hole

Great Bomgaars with a large selection of DeWalt tools, and clothes. Their paint selection is outstanding and the store is clean because of their helpful friendly employees.

Bomgaars in Humboldt Iowa don't knoe what they are talking about and their prices are a rip off and its outrageous i mean really. I rather go to Menard's in Fort Dodge Iowa at least Menard's knoe what they are talking about. My experience here was not very good. Needing some improvement before i think about coming back to buy anything

This is my local bomgaars they dont keep this place clean and are constantly out of stock I shop here only because I have to management has gone downhill severely lately and I've had much trouble ever getting any help with anything. Fix this place bomgaars it sucks bring back customer service and get rid of all these lazy workers
