We have waited 20 minutes for 3 burgers and 3 fries. Nothing custom, all ordered normally off the menu. The guy working is tweeting it looks like. Has burned himself twice now dropping new fries into the fryer. 5 people have been served their food that have ordered after us. All single orders, our burgers have been sitting in the warmer right in front of us. Just got served our food at 8:46 pm my receipt shows I ordered at 8:21.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came passing through ordered my food paid over $30 waited over 10 minutes for my food went to get drinks and no ice in the soda machine, and grabbed my food my fault for not checking it in restaurant but had a baby in my arms and a toddler running around so kind of pre occupied.. get out to vehicle and get driving and handing out food and realized I didn't get what I ordered couldn't exactly turn around hauling a 38ft camper. I ordered kids meal which was correct and kids cheese burger a mushroom Swiss burger meal and a regular cheese burger. I get a bacon cheese burger, and some other kind of cheese burger. I called some girl answered the phone and says hello and says I don't know who this is and the phone gets passed around because nobody wants to talk. I called for nothing because they said they can email me or mail me a coupon for getting food I didn't order or even the correct food I did want. Definitely don't recommend. Will not go back over $30 wasted

Slow go... showed up to the drive thru at about 6pm. Waited at the call box for 2-3 min before anyone spoke to take an order. There were two cars in front of me to the pickup window, took 15-20 minutes to get to the window and them get my food. The only words the employee said to me was my bill amount. They were obviously really understaffed, at least close the drive thru or the internal area if there isnt help. My burger was pretty good, my curly fries were scarce for a medium and not that hot. Prime location for something like this but they need more help or something.

So I went into their store at at 6:00 in the morning. They had only been open for an hour and I ordered two bacon, egg and cheese biscuits sandwiches. The sandwiches were ice cold. The biscuits were good but nothing was hot. When you try to call the store, you can't get a hold of anybody and when you try corporate office, you get the same result.... So essentially there is no longer any kind of customer care or support at Hardee's so I predict their demise in the distant future unless they change their ways because they're in business because of customers.

I shared some pictures of my Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich. As you can see this was very weak. This will never compete with any other chicken sandwiches from other restaurants. The taste was good but look how small this thing is.... I was not happy and I cannot see how this would pass QA...

We ordered breaded chicken sandwiches. They were okay. What was impressive was your employee Kathleen. She was so welcoming, polite and service oriented. Not with just us, but I observed this with all of the customers dining during the time we dined there. Interacted with customers, asking how meals were or if anyone needed anything, complementing customers, telling customers she wished them a good day. She made customers feel good, even if the food was okay. Great job young lady!

Tried calling ahead for 20 miles and no one ever answered the phone. Would not honor the star value meal. Forgot to give me drink cups. Probably the slowest Hardee’s in the state.

The food was fine for the most part, the design was interesting, and they serve Coca-Cola products, but I got soggy and cold fries a few times I went there. Also, one of my friends had their burger incorrect.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thu for food we were the only ones in drive thu an it took the lady at the counter awhile to come ask for the money. My food was hot when I got home but it was just thrown together I'm not very happy, every time we go there it is a long wait. My sandwiche was wrapped the wrong way an it's all sloppy. Hopefully next time it will be better. Thank you though.

Waited 45 minutes for our food, one couple in line ahead of us. Got the wrong order after 45 minutes of waiting and then got a cold burger. They had 7 people working that I saw and no one was able to give us a hot correct meal. Kitchen was filthy. Would give zeros stars if possible.

I've gotten food there quite a few times, not many options in our area. Almost every time, they forget some part of our order. Last time it was an entire kids meal and 2 sandwiches. I like to think they do it right but I have to check the bag every time before I leave the parking lot.

Both mine and my husband's sandwiches were wrong. Went back in. Got my chicken sandwich to vehicle and it was fried to a crisp. Almost black. The fountain pop was like water with a little color for all 4 different kinda we got.

This place must have to process and butcher the cow before they cook it be cause this place is anything but fast food. Took 30 mins and finally got our food. Went to eat it finally and it was cold. Why’d it take so long if it’s just been out cooling off. Will never be eating here again.

Got two stars for a mostly friendly staff and mostly clean dine in area. Otherwise good luck on getting what you ordered or made how you want it. My recent experience I was indirectly told "oops" for not making my sandwich how I wanted it.Edit: Changed it from two stars to one after getting food poisoning from one of their big cheeseburgers. The pickles and beef patties were tainted. It was nasty. I didn't end up in the hospital but spent several hours destroying a toilet and upset stomach. Not to mention the fries were like limp noodles. Contacted corporate and no response. Tried calling the store and they won't answer the phone. They don't care. I'm now officially done with this location....well Hardee's in general.

Place is only as good as their employees and they must suck pretty bad. Ordered two burgers, both made completely wrong. Missing an entire large fry, missing sauce, got the wrong drink, all in one order! Slow as hell on top of it all.

The cashier was rude and not a people person, the food was cold, curly fries weren’t only cold but had no flavor. Then there’s the seating……nearly all their benches need reupholstered, but obviously customer comfort and experience is not at the top of this locations list!

We had to stop for a bathroom break, on a schedule to make Sioux City before 6. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 3 fries ,a small chicken strip, and a monster lettuce wrap. We waited while everyone else got their food, employees coming off break standing around, not doing anything but talking and fist bumpingOne gal trying to do it all, we watched our food come up and sit in the window, no one bagged it or brought it out. My husband finally asked if we could get our food, not so nicely, and one guy leisurely went back to start bagging it, but the conversation he was having with his buddy must have been way more important, because they chatted some more, which obviously he couldn't talk and work at the same time because the bagging ceased while they talked. Another fist bump and he finally got our order bagged. Brought it to the counter and when my husband grabbed it and made it clear that he wasn't happy. Your fella at the counter found my husband's frustration quite humorous, laughing as we left.We won't be back, the soggy cold food made that totally clear.As for Mr giggles at the counter.... he's lucky he didn't get slapped.Do better Hardee's.
