Absolutely stellar experience at the BP gas station! Exceptional service paired with an unbeatable atmosphere made fueling up a delight. With my gorgeous girlfriend and our friends, including my equally stunning boyfriend, every moment was a joy. Plus, those booty air fresheners? Pure genius! Our car smells divine now. Five stars without a doubt!

The bathrooms could be a little better but other than that I am proud that I visited this truck stop on my way to Chicago. The windmill looked really cool on the building and it’s nice how there are multiple food options too.

Least friendly lady in the world working the cash register. Extremely short with me (No one in line). Chip on my card had a malfunction. Asked to swipe it said they don’t do that here. Well what’s this little spot for right here. You worried about identity theft cause here’s my ID. Nope.Service rep when I called to get new card after leaving took down business information as this is against Mastercard’s rules for merchants. If your chip malfunctions they must allow you to use the magnetic strip on your card.

Quick place to go and grab a quick meal/drink but don’t expect perfect customer service on the gas station side because you ain’t getting it. Thank you Arby’s for being the best half there is to this place.

One of the dirtiest bathrooms I've seen. You guys have a great location but you really need to do better. If it is that bad when I stop again, I will go out of my way to stop somewhere else instead from that point forward.

We (me and 30 other classmates) Walked in after a long bus ride to grab some grub and was not disappointed. The bathrooms where relatively clean and got the job done. The 2 food options along with the wide variety of convince items made eating easy and what I got (a large pepperoni pizza from godfathers) tasted fantastic. They served the 30+ of us probably in under 15 minutes which was incredible. Another plus was that for most of the time we where there there was an older lady constantly encouraging the staff and asking if anyone needed anything. Even though my visit was short, I will probably return if I journey that way again.

We got food at Arby's during our trip and the food was great-fresh and hadn't even walked over to get my fountain drink before they called for my order being done,very fast! Workers at the registers were polite and quick as well.

It's a truck stop... with cold coffee. And not just one of the coffees were cold, all of them were... as the older gentleman stood there just chattin it up. We left, without buying a thing. It's not easy stopping when your in a big truck, much less to walk across the parking lot when it's freezing out for cold coffee. People need to do better.

Drove twenty minutes to get Arby's, drove twenty minutes back home. Open the food up. The rib slider is in the picture, that's how it came. And they gave me the wrong sandwich.And the cherry on top of it. The sandwich is cold.

Horrible horrible customer service. I asked if they could make some tea. The guy left then came back said they were out of tea. I questioned him being out of tea then he said well I don't know how to make it, and my other employees outback so we have no tea!This is the second time this has happened!! Making tea is not rocket science!I am a patient person but I have no patience for someone who's a liar.NOTHING WORSE THAN A LIAR!

The womens bathroom toliet were disgusting there was poop all over 2 of the toliet and pee all over another. Someone should clean them when the are on night shift. We stopped in there at 1:00am and stopped back in at 7:30am and the toliets were just as disgusting as they were the 1st time we went in. The coffee was all out. Coffe cups were almost out. The only thing going good is Arby's and Godfathers.

Walked in at 1 am. Couldn't find a coke zero. Stood at the counter for a few minutes. Saw no one so I decided to knock on one of the doors behind the counter. He walked out. Rung me up. The person that rang me up never said a single word. I left.

Won't go there again in the early am. Was there at around 330am. Clerk had register closed and took care of everything they had to do first before seeing to me at the register. Then the person didn't even say a word. With a bad additude on top of that. Why would you want someone like that on your staff team. Ill go to quikstar

Stopped for gas. Gas pump would not suppott use of credit card (kept asking g for a pin).went I side to request help. Elderly, u smiling caahier did not respond when asked for help until we asked a second time. "I have no idea." was his answer. He seemed to be the only staff on hand. We left the other things we'd been purchasing onthe counter and left.

Stopped for gas because I couldn’t hardly see out my windshield- it is bug season in Iowa. These cheapskates haven’t offered windshield cleaner in a quite a while - all 5 wells were bone dry! Wish I’d known that before I bought gas and food. They won’t get another dime of my money.

No water, so apparently you have to use the port-a-potties outside. This would not normally be an issue if they would have spent the money to have them cleaned out every once in awhile. They were over flowing with everything you can imagine and were the most disgusting attempt at a public service that I have seen. This was always a pit stop for us when we travel north, but will no longer be a destination that we will give business too.

The bathroom was filthy! Toilet paper on the floor and dirty toilets. Some lady had a dog that lifted his leg on the trash can in the bathroom and then pooped on the floor and she just left it! I told the two older ladies working that morning and they didn’t seem to concerned about it. The two ladies working were very unfriendly. If you let people bring their dogs in and poop on the floor....totally disgusting!!! Next time I will just drive by....🚗

We always stopped here on our way to relatives, but will never do so again.This gas station sells a selection of political bumper stickers. Among a more harmless selection was one for an "illegal alien hunting license" - basically calling for hunting (and killing) of human beings.I did actually go to the counter and asked for a manager. I then asked why such hateful items are being sold and on display and expressed my strong concern. I was met with a very unfriendly attitude.I will never stop there again and urge you to do the same (there are plenty of other gas stations in the area) if you are against the propagating of hatred of other human beings, regardless of your political opinion.Also, my 6-year-old daughter saw the sticker and I had a hard time explaining to her why anyone would think that hunting people is okay.Thank you for considering this when choosing a gas station/ rest stop in the future.

If your a truck driver and want to park and be harassed by the local Grundy County Sheriff's office go ahead and try to park here when their truck parking is full all 20 spaces if your lucky. Seen for myself the Sheriff ask drivers to move or leave because obviously mgmt asked them to have the drivers move.Brand new place but unfortunately it won't be in business long with that kind of "FRIENDLY SERVICE"

Truly an Oasis, as this place is in the absolute middle of nowhere when to comes to driving from Waterloo to Ames, or other destinations after hours.
