I had a package from Amazon that was delivered by this UPS. It was a fragile item. Lucky it didn’t break but watched him throw it on the ring doorbell. I tried to go out and talk to him but my camera is a few seconds behind and he was already gone. This isn’t the only time they have done this with my packages. Teach your drivers not to throw packages. It’s not hard taking two extra steps to set it gently on my porch.

I ordered some important items from Amazon either on Sunday or Monday, they were supposed to been delivered on Wednesday 6, 2024 and here it is delivered two days late on a Friday

Lost a $400 package and took forever to get a human on the phone (after calling 3-4 different numbers). When I did finally talk to someone they were zero help. They just referred me to their website to file a claim.

Wasn’t able to find the direct phone number. Automated system was NOT helpful. UPS mail stations unable to help. Drove to this distribution location. Staff super helpful. 5⭐️. Though, forgot to get the direct number. Problem was averted. Package received. Appreciate your help 😁

I have been receiving and shipping work parts at this location weekly for many years. Packages almost always arrive early, ahead of time, and in good condition. Staff is wonderful. They work hard and have always treated me well. No complaints.

I do my best not use UPS because it's so bad here. It's sad you have to pay to reroute to a location in hopes they can deliver it correctly.Look at the address and apartment number on the packages. Buffalo Ridge townhomes.

They used to have several people helping you when you bring your package in. Now you walk in the door and there's four or five people in front of you and nobody's there to help anybody. Takes forever.

Manager and delivery drivers don't care to look at packages or fix their mistakes. We had a special package delivered some unknown location, and the driver said they would go check on Friday and we never heard back, only to learn he's on vacation all this week. Manager has made zero attempt to try and figure out her worker's mistake or tell us how she's going to fix it. Basically said it's our problem now.

Company that I order from sends threw UPS and I have camera around my house and they states that they delivered my package and it was never delivered to my house , I have the proof. I want to know where you keep taking them for and who you are giving them too. poor service and their 888 number all you get is a recording.

I have received about 4 packages from UPS in the last month, but last week 2 packages were deemed 'undeliverable' because my address does not exist in their system anymore. Same company shipping as before, same address, same everything, but magically undeliverable. I get it, things are busy this time of year, and I wasn't even that upset when my packages were in limbo in Hiawatha. But when the driver lies and says my address doesn't exist when he delivered stuff to me 2 weeks ago.... that crosses a line. You are terrible and I hope I never have to deal with your rude electronic lady voice every again.

No update on my package since yesterday morning when it said it was out for delivery. Still says “out for delivery” but has yet to actually show up and again, no update on my tracking number all day the day after it said it was out to be delivered. This location has no contact number to ask about this or check if it got forgot on the truck yesterday. This was the only way I could find to actually contact this location directly about my package.

I encountered nothing but amazing customer service here. The staff demonstrated empathy towards a rough address change experience across state lines, and responded by holding my monthly shipment for as long as possible until I could return to that store, which they made sure was the most convenient pick-up location for me. They even went as far as to call simply stating my package was still there, safe and sound, and to pick it up at my leisure until the date they absolutely had to send it back. The employees were so friendly and had great follow up on a consistent basis. A+

Extremely upset! I expected a package to be delivered last week. I come home to the infonotice "Sorry we mossed you" sticker. No problem. Except it was already filled out by the driver that my package would be at the store. I don't drive but ok I'll figure this out. I go to the designated store. It's not there. I'm told to call the HUB after Labor Day. I call and set up a redelivery, and was told by the agent to make sure I fill out the infonotice, which I did right then. Fast forward 3 days and my package is still not here. I call the HUB again. An agent has put on file that I refused the package since I couldn't pick it up from the store and it is now returning to the sender, who now has to pay shipping fees again to send it! Did I not call to reschedule?! And you just took it upon yourselves to cancel it out of laziness? Absolutely ridiculous! I want my package!

They dropped my $1000 iPhone off at the wrong house and told me they would try and recover it the next day and then the next day after that as well. Never heard anything. Luckily the sweet old lady that got my package called me because my number was on the outside. She said they never even tried to come pick it up. Thanks UPS.

Best customer service! I had a small issue with my delivery and they went above and beyond to make sure I had my package on time! Everyone I talked to on the phone and also in person when I arrived to the location were very understanding and so nice! Wish I got their names to thank them again!! Great service. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars

Helpful staff. The driver didn't bring my package to the customer service center as requested, so the counter staff person walked all the way to the other end of the building to get it for me. If she'd have said "truck's not back yet" I'd have never known otherwise. While I was waiting, two other employees stopped to ask if I'd been helped yet.

I can always depend on this UPS store to send my package to Marion, Illinois and they turn right around and send it back. Whoever is in this store scanning packages Is either lazy or can’t read! Every single time a package is routed through this particular UPS store they never ever get it right! It gets old and it gets tiresome.

I ordered two items from as Amazon. Was given a delivery date. They were changed 3 times. Finaly notified out for delivery. Spent two days sitting in an empty house in Marion. Ia. Did not arrive. Tried calling no one will talk to u. I am 84 yrs old. I do not understand why they cant at least let you kn oh w when they aren't going to come. I will probably not b.n order anything that is shipped ups again. I am sure that hiawatha to Marion is not 2 days away.

I have still yet to receive a single package to my address the first time. They have delivered all to a complete different address and number. I talked with the terminal and they had the driver go pick it up and bring it here, then the driver got loud with me saying my address should say west not East and the numbers on my house are faded and hard to see. I triple checked my address with the dead, the post office, and the city hall. And my numbers are fresh and clear. But regardless they were dropped at a whole different numbered address.

Why do they refuse to knock on the customer's door??I've been home ALL DAY waiting for my replacement cell.I put a damn note on the front door saying I'm home and requesting they knock. Not only that, but I also lets them know that it can be hard to hear a knock in the basement and if they could knock on the window that's 2 feet to the left of the door, I can hear that without problem. This ends up being irrelevant as I stayed near the door all day.Anyway, the UPS person came up, LEFT MY $600 PHONE ON MY MAILBOX, and left. Didn't bother to knock or read the note I specifically left on the door for that person. How insulting can you be to your customers?!? I guarantee if YOU (the reader) took extra steps to ensure the delivery guy/girl didn't leave your very expensive merchandise outside and the delivery person blatantly ignored it, you would be very upset. I don't know how long it was out there, either. Might have been an hour. But it damn sure could've been easily stolen because of this driver's negligence.Before posting, I checked to see if UPS drivers are supposed to attempt knocking (or ringing a doorbell if present). They are. This delivery person did not. I've been at home, all day, sitting not more than 10 feet from door.UPS, you're welcome to contact me. I'll give you the date, time, and delivery number if you'll take correctional action against the driver. Until then, 1 star.

One of the worst experiences ever. I had this missing package and called to Ups in the morning and they promised that they will be holding my package and told me that to come by 6:00pm. When I went there, there was some other ups person, who says me that the package should be on hold which is not and he can’t give my package. Totally worthless .. what is the purpose of me calling them in the morning and asking them to hold. Each ups representative is saying things differently.. totally disappointed..

Needed to refuse delivery on a particularly heavy package. Tried to email during shipping and was told to put a note on my door if there was a chance I would not be home. Did just that but was actually home when the driver dropped, rang the bell and scurried to his truck. I opened the door and started to yell and he ignored me and pulled away. After jumping through several hoops with their phone system was told that they couldn't send the driver back but they would schedule it to be shipped the next day. So now I have to babysit a box I made every effort to not receive.

The UPS customer center at Hiawatha did not try very hard to deliver a package of Asian food to my daughter in Anamosa. The receiver's name was clearly marked on the box when they said it was not.I have lost $75 in this transaction, and will probably not use UPS in the future.
