I highly recommend Gabriela at Mitch valentines office in Hiawatha! She goes above and beyond when it comes to your insurance needs! Not only is she friendly, she’s honest and very knowledgeable about all things insurance!! I had so many questions when we switched over and even after, and Gabriela was always quick to get back to me with an answer! That’s one thing I love about having her as an agent! We recently switched our car and home owners insurance to State Farm through Mitch Valentines Insurance Agency. It was a smooth transition to say the least. Wes was right on top of helping us change some of our policies to fit our current needs. In all we saved $40.00 plus per month which is awesome. Mitch took the time from his busy schedule opening the office to set in with Jean and I to learn more about our needs and us as individuals. We were in the process of moving out of state so we signed up for the State Farm banking that we can use anywhere we go. After my previous agent retired, I switched to Mitch and his team. Until the derecho, I’ve never needed to file a homeowner’s claim. With such a widespread, large scale disaster, it’s been very helpful to have Mitch and his team as my agents, even when they had their own homes damaged like the rest of us. I received a text message helping start my claim, even before I had power back! I've worked primarily with Seth who has always been incredibly patient and helpful and also found everyone else in the office to be just as good when I have spoken with them on occasion. Seth offered up advise & knowledge when I was unsure of how to handle a situation or felt something was ‘stuck in the process’ so I could get my claim through. I’m very appreciative for all of Seth’s, Mitch’s and the team’s help through these last several months!

With the technology we have, everyone expects everything to be automated and no one takes the time to really learn what they need to. When it came time for me to get my own insurance (for the first time) I worked with just about everyone in the office to set up! Great team and super personable! I got my quote over the phone, came in and talked about not only car insurance but life and renters as well. I love the fact that I am able to send a message over to anyone and they get back to me via text rather than calling, but I know if I need to stop by they will work with my crazy schedule. Having someone you know helps a lot in the insurance world because you know they have your back.
