I had a recall for my Nissan truck, which I am grateful for that they're responsible for fixing it for free. During the process, they didn't have the right parts for it, and it required me to drive back and forth for the third time. I was upset in the beginning because we lived about 30 minutes away (which was an hour driving and another hour of waiting) for two days. HOWEVER, they took good care of me. The service guy Scott was very helpful and on top. They gave me a free oil change, filled up my gas tank, and a free car wash. NOW I am happy. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for regular maintenance or looking for a vehicle.

Nervous about a service engine light-knew a dealer had to do the diagnosis. Got a clear diagnosis and had it repaired in an hour while I waited. I also like the rundown they gave me about items that might need to be serviced fairly soon given the diagnostics-prices included which I appreciate as I am on a budget. It helps me prioritize. Service manager was polite and good to work with Thank you!

I have to give recognition where it's due! I've been looking at cars on and off for nearly a year, changing my vehicle choice numerous times, never finding the right one or pulling the trigger. I gave my consultant Brooklynn a baseline of what I wanted and she consistently sent me options that fit the needs of my growing family. She always took note of my feedback and stayed loyal to getting me exactly what I needed, inside my budget. Thankfully she made it all pain-free and easy!The entire dealership, from sales to the finance department was great to work with and made the entire process an awesome experience. Definitely recommend Dave Wright to anyone looking for a vehicle, and know where I'm going when its time to trade in the future. My son and I LOVE my new suv and I'm thankful for all the hard work to make it happen!

After being Toyota owners for the past twenty plus years, we ventured across the interstate (a whole 1/2 mile ;-) to check out Subarus and Nissans at Dave Wright. Brooklyn was our sales associate and she was fabulous. We test drove some Ascents and Pathfinders as we wanted third row seating, and I fell in love with the Pathfinder SL. Weather and work schedule conflicts caused some delays in getting my husband in to test drive but once that happened, we made the decision to purchase. Management introduced themselves at each visit in and made you feel like they truly wanted your business. The finance department was great, the negotiation process was seamless and the overall experience was fantastic. Brooklyn is educated, knowledgable, kind, patient, and I never felt pressured. Even after the car was purchased and in our possession, she checked back in to make sure we understood the vehicle and its features. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Thanks again!

The team at Dave Wright Nissan have all been very kind and respectful throughout our interactions. When I reached out to “work towards a solution” I assumed it was a loss cause but they contacted Nissan, ordered my recall parts and are installing for free. Best case scenario after our initial appointment. Thanks guys. 🙏👍———At least offer me a quote to fix and pretend to give me a deal on it after wasting all of our time. Neither was done.My van has a recall. When I set up the appointment, I gave all my information. A month later when I show up to get work done I am denied service because the van is a salvage title… This could have been addressed one month prior on the phone. Run the Vin number before the customer shows shows up.

Service price is too high. $99.99. This is first time i came for service here. I always go to Iowa City Nissan they charge $50 for servicing. Do the same thing as you did. They don't charge labour for this work. I hope you consider this to remove labour charge for oil change or filter change. It's not a very big task.

Had to get a new transmission flashed here and ended up leaving with a broken exhaust and them not wanting to fix it. Don't ask me why they even touched the exhaust to flash my ecu. I should also mention that after i got my vehicle back, my 2 year old radiator was also cracked and leaking which is quite weird since it was perfectly fine before they got the car. I also tend to check over my cars before i drive them just to be safe. They beat the cars they get very hard, and I seriously mean they will beat your car. Terrible dealer, none of the techs even know what is going on I swear people just don't take your vehicles here, you'll thank me later.UPDATE. They reached out to work with me about a solution but I declined since I've taken care of the issues myself already and it didn't cost me enough to jump through anymore hoops.

Went in for an evaluation on my air conditioning system, but was told that it would need to be replaced at a cost of over $5000. No suggestions as to how to get it working other than a complete replacement. On the positive side, we set up some recall fixes when parts arrive in the near future.

Only thing I have found good about the service department is the friendliness of the guys up front. I bought my car from Dave Wright and in the handful of times I’ve been in for servicing, I haven’t had to come back only twice for things that they caused. Here I am now, just got an oil change a week ago and having tire pressure issues on all tires when I am supposed to have nitrogen that isn’t supposed to fluctuate like normal air does. And good luck trying to get ahold of them, I have also yet to get ahold of someone in a timely manner after being transferred over from the front desk receptionist. Only reason I still use Dave Wright is because my car is still on a service contract. Not worth paying money for the service they provide.

We have still not heard back about what our purchased car warranty will cover of the RECALL repair that has expired. We have called and texted the representative several times and still have no answers. It has been nearly a week. Communication once you leave the dealership is subpar.

You did an oil change. Kudos. You also performed 3 phone calls, sent 4 emails and 2 text messages to ask me how the oil change went.My oil was changed, Dave Wright. Kudos. Take a victory lap. The harrassment over feedback about said oil change has soured me from doing any and all business with you in the future. I completely regret the service contract i signed as i have apparently set myself up for harrassment in the future. Enjoy the lowest possible scores for my trouble.

The service was great and timely. I was very disappointed to find out the tires on my 2023 Rogue, that I just bought in January 2023, already need to be replaced. It's unacceptable to have to purchase new tires for a vehicle I bought a year ago.

If I could give a minus amount of stars I would I bought a vehicle it was brand new but hail damaged I paid way over what I should have but they wouldn't let me leave with my key to thevehicle I drove there. There was no other vehicles to buy on the planet I wouldn't buy from Dave Wright Nissan. And they gave me 2400 on my trade in and listed it the very next day for 13000.00! Said it must have been a type-o!!!!!!!! You dont always know who someone may know and possibly influence. I definately tell everyone ?i know never to buy a car from Dave Wrong!

I cannot say enough nice things about Dave Wright Nissan!! These guys went above and beyond my expectations! I was first interested in a car that caught my eye on their site and sent in a message inquiring it, the response to SO fast! My Sales Rep Ashton, was PHENOMENAL (I would bold, italicize, underline if I could). The car I initially looked at was sold the evening prior, but Ashton invited me to come for a visit to go over other possible options and he REALLY listened to what I wanted. They say never fall in love with the first option you try, but it literally could not have been more perfect. Ashton understood the assignment, he walked around the lot with me and my YOUNG kids, to whom he was so sweet and so nice to, he involved them, asking what they thought of everything that we looked at, and just talking with them (which means A LOT to me as a mom), and even got them some snacks and drinks throughout the process! He definitely was amazing to work with! HANG ON TO HIM! The financing team that we worked with, Adam and Tim, I also cannot say enough nice things about! I have terrible credit, thanks to poor decisions I made in my youth, that I'm still working on fixing. They we're able to get me approved, ON MY OWN, within my budget and with payments that I can afford! I honestly was in disbelief, I thought I would've needed a co-signer, but they made it happen for me, despite a few bumps along the way they remained patient, understanding, and even stayed after hours to get my needs met.Dave Wright - You've got a AAA+ Team. Keep those catchy radio commercials coming, because that's what brought me in and your EXTRAORDINARY team is what (literally) sold me.

First time purchaser at Dave wright. Had 4:30 time scheduled to get our new armada. Didn’t get out of there until after 7. Over 2.5 hours when they should have had all of the paperwork done ahead of time was a waste of our time. Especially when finance guy had called earlier the week prior to get all of our information. Front windshield has a crack WE noticed during the delivery that still is not addressed a week later. I hope the service department has their act more together than the purchase experience went. So much for the Dave wright experience! On the bright side our new armada is gorgeous and my wife loves it so far!

The employees at Dave Wright all went above and beyond for us. Brooklyn who sold us our new car was not only patient and friendly but very knowledgeable. She knows her stuff! As did everyone else who helped us. Ashton, and 2 others very nice guys whose names we didnt get...and really everyone at DW dropped what they were doing to help us. Even when we popped in with no appointment to ask questions. We will definitely recommend DW. We shopped at 4 other dealerships and none of them came close to this level of customer service. I purchased my car brand new 3 years ago, and purchased a maintenance plan where got oil changes, and it was 3 years/ 36K miles, I only have 25K on my car and I knew that my date was coming up, but didnt remember the exact date of when I purchased my car. I brought my car in on SAT July 15th and I was old I was 4 dAYS LATE to use my maintenance plan. I asked if for customer service could they still honor my plan and was told flat out no. My husband asked who he thought was service manager and the response we got was if it was miles we could do it or honor it but we cant becuase of the date. I am disappointed as I have been a loyal customer and even bought a 2nd car with Dave Wright a couple of months ago. I have bragged about how easy your service is on Sat morning to others.
