There is always room for improvements. The prices are always different even if you get the same. The staff, in my opinion, look unhappy in a hurry and frustrated/confused. In a small town this can be a problem. Driving into get a fancy pricey drink is a treat! Everyone should be treated like it's your first exciting customer. We will only go occasionally now. Also, interacting with employees is a HUGE game changer when they know how to treat people!! Customer service sells, whether it is fake or not friendly service MATTERS!! and that is just not here... no heart, unfortunately 💔

I can't have dairy and they were very helpful in describing and finding me a delicious specialty drink that did not contain dairy. I had to try a variety so we got a Lotus drink which was exceptional, an Energy drink, and a coffee. Can't wait to get back and try something new, love all the different options! Especially offering dairy free options ♥️ Gluten free options for food?
