We are very happy with our GE Bottom Freezer Refrigerator purchased at Studers Do It Best in Harlan, IA. The features and the fit in our kitchen are great. We had a problem early on, and Do It Best owner helped us get connected with GE for repairs. Do It Best went above and beyond to take care of us until our refrigerator was fixed. We are thankful to have bought local at Studers Do It Best.

No need to shop out of town when we have Do It Best in Harlan! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful!! I was recently looking for kitchen appliances and ended up purchasing them here. They were delivered and expertly installed yesterday! I’m able to have peace of mind knowing that if I have questions or one of them eventually needs fixed, I just have to call the store!

Poor service and bad attitude. My husband dropped off a screen door to have the rollers fixed. We never heard from anyone so I called.Talked to a person in the back. He didn't know about it and said he didn't think they had rollers for it. The cashier said she didn't know anything about it. She was the one who took my husband's name and number. So my husband went to pick it up. The cashier did manage to carry it out for him as he is a disabled veteran. After she put it in the truck, she gave him the finger as she walked away.We have shopped there often and found it used to have good friendly service. We will never spend another penny there.

Do It Best is a great small town hardware store. They have had everything I have needed every time I have been there. Everything from keys to locks to paint and plumbing. The workers have been helpful in guidance and pointing me in the direction of what I'm looking for.

Needed a battery for my key fob and the lady behind the counter put it in for me. The people that work there are always friendly and ready to help with anything I need. Truly a great place to shop.

It is a very friendly store, the employees are helpful and very knowledgeable even if you don't know what you are looking for, if you ask for a thing of a bob that fits in this do-hickey. They listen and try to figure out what you are trying to find.

Been there a few times. Worst customer service ever. Employees stand looking at each other or talking to each other. Went for a gallon of paint once....waited to see if anyone would offer assistance....NOPE!! One star isn't justice enough for customer satisfaction.
