while waiting in the drive-through for 25 minutes I noticed that there was many people inside but people trying to get in could not because the door was locked and the majority of the people trying to eat in were elderly who took a decent amount of time trying to get to the door in the first place only to see people are eating in and the door is locked. After that, once we finally got to the ordering station in the drive-through we had to wait another five minutes before we were even spoken to, we finally ordered our food, and we drove around waited another five minutes to get up to the window. once we were there we paid and waited another five minutes to get our food which so happened to be cold.

Can I give it ZERO STARS????? I had to wait 6 minutes to order with not one other person in line. I then waited 19 minutes for 2 cheeseburger meals. Totally ridiculous! The food sat in a sack for several minutes before they handed it to me. I would have just asked for them to cancel/refund but nobody paid any attention to me.

As we was driven threw the moment the service at the mic was not speaking clear for me to understand her with my hearing at it took over 5 mins and 43 seconds the guy the collected the money was rude.Then they used a huge white van to block the drive thru to not have any more cars as the policy or Burger King violates the policy and regulations of corporate and franchise policy’s

Ashley was doing a great job trying to keep up and kept a positive attitude even though the guy cook in the back was being a D..k!I don't care if you're short-staffed you do not yell at your employees otherwise work gets worse things get slower.Terrible manners from this guy in the back.Thank you Ashley for your hard work we appreciate you.

I was a visitor from out of town in Harlan for a funeral for a local man. I was in need of stall cold drink and ordered a tall coke. When I went to pay, the drive thru employee said have a nice day and handed me my coke, but I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing, and to have a nice day. I told him thank you and that I was in town for a funeral, and he said he was sorry, and to have a nice day. Truly thoughtful 🤗 BK!!!

The female cook was really yelling at the front of house worker and was having a meltdown. It was so tense and uncomfortable. I haven't heard an employee talk like that in front of customers in a very long time. It took nearly 25 minutes to get our food and 3 of the 5 sandwiches were not made as ordered. Left without a replacement and left some of the sandwiches there. The lobby was ridiculously fty and you couldn't walk without feeling stuck to the floor. This location needs attention and fast before Wendy's and Scooters shoves them out of Harlan.

One star is too much. Rude at the drive through window. No one in the place, made us wait to even order and then 12 minutes to cook chix nuggets and ice cream machine was down. We left.

Was passing through for business. Just needed something quick for dinner. Worst possible BK experience ever. I ordered onion rings with my meal and said that twice since the order showed fries on the screen. Guess what I got...fries, and they were soggy, not fresh or crisp. My burger looked like someone just threw it together and put it in the microwave. Why is this BK in existence? Do this town a favor and shut it down.

Great small town Burger King. I generally don't like their lunch time food. With it being in a small town I didn't have many options. This had to be the best Burger King I've been to. Clean inside with friendly workers. The food was hot and fresh as well!

Update: I'd honestly give no stars if I could. They're always closing early or their drive thru is broken. BK needs to leave so we can get a better, more reliable chain in there. Completely ridiculous.Old Review: Food came out hot and fresh however woman at the window had an attitude and I did not get the sauces I requested. Also, they do not have promotional products advertised on the menu.

Food was horrible. I haven't been to booger King in years and I was just reminded why. For the price of the food I would rather eat vomit. Fries were barely warm. Sandwich had so much mustard on it that I could only taste the mustard. Idk how you mess up fried foods but the jalapeño cheddar bites and cheese sticks were disgusting as well. None of the fountain pop tasted correct. Even the water tasted like it came outta a Porta pot.

Mar2023: kids wanted chicken fries for a snack, pulling a trailer so was going to walk in and order, doors locked. Asked employee outside if open- just received a stare. Don’t know sign language maybe he was deaf.Feb2023:Went to the drive through and they were out of product to make the sandwich I requested. Went a couple weeks ago with the kids, after school, for a little snack and out of the item the kids wanted then too. Thought this morning; it’s been 5yrs since I’ve had a breakfast sandwich there, I think I’ll give it a try…. Drive through worker was very polite and apologetic for being out of the item.Jan2023: half year later try again, shows open, lit up, buddy wanted a cheeseburger. Go to the drive through and guy was nice but stated he is the only worker there today and can’t take any orders/no one to work in the kitchen…then why are you open??

The poor employees that were working there were two people short. Even so, they were working incredibly hard to try to keep up with the amount of people that wanted food. There was only one person taking orders who was covering both the front counter and the drive-thru. The other two employees were cooking the food. I was amazed at how hardworking and patient they were. They kept thanking people for their patience. I was very impressed with how hard they worked. The young man who helped me was named Quinn and he was working harder than any of them. Even though I had to wait some time to order and get my food I will definitely go there again if this is the sort of hard-working people they employ.

Overall NOT GOOD. ASKED for fresh. Was willing to wait the extra 5-6 Min. Received our food & as we drove away we checked the bag. 2 orders of fries were missing. Drove back & was again asked to drive around front to wait for fresh. After a lengthy wait finally got them & drove home. Fries were obviously just reheated & sandwiches cold!! $30 for 3 sandwiches, 3 fries, 1 order of onion rings & 2 shakes that were barely edible!

I was waiting for 10 minutes for my chicken sandwich. Finally walk inside, the bags just sitting there. They made me new fries but then when I go outside, I'm missing one of my sandwiches! 🤦🤦🤦 fml I wish they made fries fresh to order. Delicious when hot, disgusting when cold. 😕😝

Over 10 minutes and drive before I can place my order. Then spent an additional 4 minutes at the window waiting for my food. Sadly this is very typical for this Burger King but it is also pretty well the only fast food choice we have in this town

I don't even give this place 1 star. Let's give it ZERO.‼️‼️ RUDE MANAGER WITH A BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE! ‼️‼️When going through the drive through we ordered a 2 for $5 deal, we then were told the deal was no longer available. We asked when the deal stopped and were told last night. We then left. I then called about 10 mins away after we left without getting food and asked over the phone about the deal the manager then proceeded to tell me "Uh (extended out, and thought about an answer, she seemed unsure of what to say,) its not advertised anymore but if you come into lobby we can honor it, but not through drive thru." (Other restaurants in our area are currently not open for dine in, so we didnt even try.) I then asked what the difference was she didn't answer but then proceeded to say "I only do what corporate tells me to do." and then argued right away and got defensive with us but then still never answered the question. She was very rude and unprofessional about the situation. She quickly said I'm not going to argue with you after we asked the second part of our question.. we will NOT be back to this location due to the rudeness we received during our visit.

Food is ok. Most of the time you are missing items in drive thru also expect to wait forever. The inside is gross. Floor is so sticky that your shoes stick to it all the time. Chairs are broken. Drive thru has holes in the pavement that make it hard to get to the window. Cant seem to keep good staff. If there was another fast food place in town this place would for sure close.
