I was in the Guttenberg store and I thought it was very cluttered. Then had to wait at checkout because clerk not there. Then when I got home I was missing an item that I paid for. I tried calling store and has been busy every time I've tried calling. Nothing like the store in Strawberry Point.

The Dollar General in Guttenberg is desperately in need of more help! The employees work hard, are friendly and trying but aren't given the time needed to stock and organize shelves, scrub the floor, or perform daily cleaning. It is an embarrassment! The community was in need of a DG and thankful DG iis here BUT please, please, get more help at this store. . it is disgustingly filthy. . I believe corporate has loaded too much responsibility on the manager. With few employees it's too much too keep up! Just come in and check it out for yourselves. . you would be SO EMBARRASSED!

Dollar general is a very nice store, it's clean and not cluttered, they have just about everything for basic needs. For us it's a blessing.

Friendly staff and stuffed full of merchandise. The outside of the building makes the place look junky but if you're a local you'd know it's decent inside.

crowded, bad service, but very convienant when you live in a smaller town and they have what you need, I still always dread going as it takes 20 minutes to get checked out.

It was terrible one checker the other one was putting cigarette's away and the line was way long. The checker was as SLOW AS A TURTLE.
