Carmen is awesome. I have an item that has to be special ordered, and she makes sure I get it just as soon as it can be shipped and delivered on the next truck! The whole team at the GC store are amazing. As well as all the surrounding stores. Everyone, Keep up the awesome customer service. You are all Greatly appreciated.

This store has the least amount of customer service in the state! Recently purchased a 40 lb bag of grain, 50 lb bag of oyster shells, and 3 bags of solar salt. NO HELP getting it to the vehicle, then wandered around looking for the solar salt (outside). Couldn't find it, went back in...cashier said, oh yea, we are out and issued a refund. Then didn't know IF the truck would have any on it or WHEN the truck was coming in. If I would have been contented with solar salt pellets I could have taken 10 bags and no one would have been any wiser. If no one cares about their customers, why would I want to be one?

Bought a "new" fertilizer spreader here thats clearly been there for a little bit and the foam handle split the first time i used it. sad part is it was the best looking on of all the ones sitting out front but despite that i shop here often their selection and convenience makes them a staple of guthrey center and i would recommend this place and its friendly staff to anyone

The store in Guthrie has assisted Manger there that was very rude.. went to get a hay ring that was on sale and I was a day late for sale. But sign was still up and he wouldn't sell to me on sale price. Ok fine but when I bought hay ring full price he made me show him the receipt to help me load it. When he was standing there when I paid for hay ring.. I know i go there and spend at least 200 a week in feed but I guess I can drive to bomgaars for now on...

It was packed and I could barely get in the place but one I did I was angry. THEY CHANGED THE ENTIRE STORE, like how was anyone supposed to know where anything even is

Decent store has a good selection of merchandise. A little crowded as most these small town farm stores are alot of the time.
