I am suppose to have automatic refills on my insulin. I always have to call on refills. The tech was less than helpful on why the refills are always late. She blamed it on delivery driver. How can it be his fault when no script is prepared for him to deliver. If the pharmacy can't get this straightened out this week I will transfer my script to Medicap.
