We recently had our washer stop working. We went to Green’s for help, they helped us understand it would be more cost efficient to purchase a new unit than spend money on unit at the end of its lifecycle.We met with experienced sales staff who helped us find the best unit for our family and budget. Green’s was able to install the unit in less than 24 hours. The install staff were highly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and able to answer all questions we had. They even readjusted our butcher block to fit the new units.If you need help with your appliances, new or old, I would give Green’s a call; their integrity, customer service, and professionalism is unmatched.

We chose Greens because of the other positive reviews and I’m so glad we did! We were able to make an appointment and get in the same week, the cost for the repair was very reasonable, but the best part was the technician! He was great! Respectful of our time- arrived when he said he would be there, knowledgeable and got the job done! We will recommend Greens and definitely use them in the future for any repairs!

Our washer unexpectedly started leaking. A friend recommended Greens. We were able to book an appointment last night for this morning. We received a text message this morning with a photo of the technician and a little summary about them. As a woman, home alone with a new baby, I really appreciated it and have never seen another company do that. I knew exactly who was showing up at my door. Paul was really outstanding. Very kind, personable, and professional. He took his time diagnosing the issue with our washer, repairing it, and explaining the issue to me in a way I understood. He is truly top notch and I will definitely use Greens again in the future.

Brandon came out and helped explain proper maintenance/ how the membership works/ and suggested some improvements. He did a great job at offering services without being pushy. The work I originally scheduled was completed timely and efficiently. It was nice to have a conversation with him as well, a great guy all around!

Brady was friendly and very knowledgeable. He had the issue diagnosed and a new part installed in about 20 minutes. Only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is because I asked how long it would take to install an outdoor temperature sensor I had for my whole home humidifier since he was already onsite. He said no time as there were extra unused wires in side the air conditioner that ran back to the furnace. I said sweet so I had him do it. Since he said no time, in my mind that meant I wouldn't be charged since time=money. Come time to pay and I was charged for that. But other than that the communication on arrival and time to diagnose and repair was phenomenal. Will definitely be using them again in the future for any of my HVAC needs.

We recently had our refrigerator replaced and the team from Green Appliances were outstanding! The service team (Paul) was very responsive and knowledgeable about issues we had with our old refrigerator. Sales team (Nick) was very helpful and knowledgeable about products and provided the best choice and price for us. The Delivery team (Keegan) was prompt and professional with removal of our old refrigerator and installation of our new one. I would highly recommend Green Appliance for your home appliance needs!

Greens has been an excellent experience for me. They helped me out with a problem with my washers water pressure and then we bought a hot water heater from them. Had Jackson as our technician today! Submitted the request online for the appointment and appreciated all the timing notices of his arrival. They even provided a little biography of him along with his picture. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was EARLY. He diagnosed the issue immediately, provided quotes to fix, and unfortunately my dryer was from 2005 so I have decided with a few hundred dollars difference I will just purchase a new one. We use Greens for maintenance and repairs for years now. Unfortunately, our furnace and AC unit are 21 years old and not worth repairing anymore.They recently installed our new furnace, AC, water heater system and we are very satisfied with their work. They have a courteous team…from the representative that answers the phone, to Mark G. our usual maintenance guy, to Joey P. in sales and to Jesse H. and crew (kudos) who installed all 3 systems nonstop and finished by end of day. Jesse answered all our questions we have and very satisfied with their work. It's like my 3 year old just knew we needed a visit from an amazing technician! If she didn't decide to throw some dirt down the exhaust of our furnace we would have never had such amazing adult interaction. We had not used Greens before last week. We needed service on on our KitchenAid fridge/ice maker and Mike was able get the part and fix it within one visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was tested and working properly.We also needed a furnace tuneup so were able to schedule both appointments with one phone call. Mark did the tuneup and he was great at explaining what he found. We learned what we suspected…it was time to replace our 20 year old Lennox system.Within an hour, Joey was here to provide a thorough estimate. He provided tons of information and was never pushy. Based on some timely incentives, we had a new system installed within two days. We chose a Lennox Elite mid-series system and added a humidifier, UV air purifier and surge protector.Jesse and Dylan arrived right on time (Friday 8:00 am) and finished by 2:00. They worked well as a team and were friendly and professional. They left no mess and the new equipment looks and works great.On Sunday we had a strange leak at the water shut off valve for the humidifier. I called, thinking I would leave a message and get something scheduled on Monday. Nope! Someone answered the phone and told us a technician was finishing at another home and was on the way. On a Sunday! Mark was able to make the repair quickly. It was some freak flaw in the valve and nobody’s fault.We rarely leave reviews, but our experience with this company has been truly amazing. We are now on Greens’ maintenance plan, so our equipment (as well as our appliances) will get regular tuneups. We feel confident with the Lennox products made in Iowa, and in the excellent service provided by Greens. Thank you to everyone at Greens!

Had Nick and Zack come out, and check my system. They were fast to figure out our situation and had estimates for a new system. Very happy with how professional they were. We also had Mark come out and check our appliances very efficient.Curtis and his team came out and installed our new system very quickly, and it's easy-to-use very professional. We were very impressed with how polite Mike and Brian were when they came out to diagnose our non-working refrigerator and freezer. Green’s was awesome. I had a fridge and freezer that weren’t cooling , and called 4 other appliance repair companies who all were booked up for a full week. I called Green’s and they were also booked up, but the scheduler double checked with their dispatcher to see if anything was available that wasn’t showing on the scheduler, and she managed to get someone out to is the next morning. They came, checked everything out and determined that the unit was bad, but also checked everything else I had questions on, like the furnace, water heater, AC, etc. I signed up for their membership program on the spot, because Mike and Dylan were so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I look forward to doing business with them again. Incredibly pleased with the experience.

Our oven wasn’t working and Josh came out last week and had to order a part. While he was here we joined Greene’s membership club for our furnace, A/C and appliances!
