Brian at the Grimes store is #1! He found my husband a replacement device for one of his that we thought could not be found anywhere. We shop there often and he typically remembers our "usuals". Today he forgot to include the extra pods for my new device, so he delivered them to me after work! I have worked in a service industry for over 30 years and as a manager, I would be proud if my employees treated all our customers like Brian treats the customers at the Grimes store. Kudos to him for going the extra mile!

Gotta say, even when we might be closer to a different vape shop, we make a point to go to CIV! I’ve been a customer for over five years now, and during that time I have never had a poor experience - their staff are 100% the reason this place is unique.When first transitioning away from cigarettes I had a LOT of questions about the different mods, juices, tanks, coils - everything. They were always very good natured, answered every question I had, often providing insights and recommendations based on their own experience and feedback from their customers.I’ve noticed the staff go above and beyond, going so far as setting aside one or two of my typical flavors when they know they’ll be seeing me soon, and keeping me posted on when their next shipment in would be if they happen to be out of stock (rarely happens).The past few months I’ve been exploring some of the Delta9 products to help with anxiety and pain management - I was super leery at first, worried about impacting my cognition and ability to do, well, normal adult functions. They have never made me feel ignorant, again always very informative regarding legality, potential effects, customer reviews etc.As long as I am vaping, they’ll have a customer.

Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went in to replace a device that they no longer carry (had it for a long time). Brian figured out what would be a good choice for a new one. And I will have to say the new one is probably better then my old reliable one. So hat's off to Brian

Staff are always helpful. But I’ve bought too many cartridges that have been bad and I’ve never been offered a refund. When I suggested they reimbursed they disregarded me.

I purchased 2 bottles of juice and 1 package of pods. The mgr did not put the pods in my bag. When I called, the mgr said he knows the pods where in the bag. I will never go back to Central Iowa Vape. The mgr offered no resolution. I will be going to other vape store in Grimes from now on.

The quality of the disposable vapes has been declining I’ve noticed. Check your purchase before leaving the lot because I’ve experienced an increase in dead vapes as well as incorrect chargers and chargers missing completely from the box.
