I was in Bomgaars a few weeks ago looking for a cinch for my horse when I met Ian. He greeted me with a friendly smile and was knowledgeable in helping me determine a good choice for my horse. I love horse talk and enjoyed swapping a few horse stories and showing off a pic or two of my “baby”. Ian really seems to care about people and providing an excellent customer experience. It is much appreciated! In addition to the customer experience I am impressed with the variety and brands this store carries. I’ll definitely be back!

Was looking at the deer feeders and Ian came over and answered all my questions and then helped me with another big item. From the minute we met to the minute I walked out the door he was right there helping me. You guys are lucky to have this man working for you. Checkout Lady was very rude checking me out at the counter. I've never had that problem every time I went to this bomgaars everyone has been super nice every time.

Great people and a clean store. Things are stocked and always ready to be sold. Staff is very friendly and always great at helping and answering questions. Sale adds are always going so check them before you make your purchases. They have great selections and deals. If it's on on the shelf they can order it and have it for you quickly.

Ian and Mindy were both great, they were helpful and polite. If it weren't for these 2 workers, I would have left 15 mins after being there bc all the other workers were so busy on their phones, I almost didn't realize they were working and on the clock. You have 2 rock stars that deserve some recognition!

This store (#79) is top notch. I was in the store for no more than 10 mins. I was approached by a gentleman named Ian, he asked me how I was doing and immediately directed me to what I needed. He made recommendations and added his opinion. I can't speak enough about this experience. In today's world you do not get the small town relationships because people don't care about you or what you need.Thanks IAN.

Good little farm store with good pet supplies and hardware. They also have clothes, shoes, and toys. A little of everything. I like going in the spring when you can see all the little chickies for sale. Very helpful employees every time we've been in.

This is our "go to place" for bird seed and suet blocks. The clothing is very well made but appears a little pricey. However I haven't done any comparison shopping so maybe I'm just out of touch with the price of clothing.

We love this store! It is always clean, stocked, and full of friendly workers. We bought a trailer today and the employees went above and beyond to help us get it hooked up . Brenden put the trailer on the hitch for us, found the light adapter we needed for our car and hooked that up as well. Gwenda took the time to make sure the bill of sale was correct and paid extra attention to detail. It was an amazing experience and they deserve this shout out! Thank you so much!

Nice large store. Had everything we were looking for. Not crowded, and check out was fast. We used to shop at the Bomgaars/Ace Hardware in Storm Lake. This location is well laid out. We will be back!

A good size store that fits between a local hardware store and the large home improvement stores. Bomgaars always has a very nice tool section. Easy to get in and out quickly. Also have farm supplies, hardware, toys, clothes, etc.

Very courteous and helpful clerks and very competitive prices make this store an exceptional shopping experience. I love their selection of garden supplies, tools and clothings. The wild birds in my back yard are grateful too. Bomgaars’ bird feed (very inexpensive) keeps them coming back to.my feeders!

The kid and I just love Bomgaars. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. We recently were in the store to get supplies for our chickens and look at incubators. We found everything we needed and more. Bomgaars has a fun section of old fashion candy and just more rare than what you find at the local gas stations.We will continue to shop here for our farm and city needs!

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The store was clean and well organized. They had a great selection and supply of the items I was looking for (fertilizer, mulch, gas grill, & cat food.) Prices were more than competitive with comparable stores.

Went to Grimes Store super clean, found a nice Carhartt coat, was priced over $109, got for $54.99 nice deal, great selection and great sales, I will be back to shop again!!!!

I was looking for a kind of dog food recommended by my dog's vet, to help with his food allergy's. I got there just a few minutes before they were closing, & I was unable to find this particular food. They announced that the store was closed so I headed to the door. A clerk was coming toward me as I was headed out, & she asked if I had found what I was looking for. I explained that I didn't have time, & now they were closed, & she said "That's ok, I'll help you look." We still didn't find the dogfood, but she said that she knew they carried it, & they get new shipments often. She suggested I call in a few days to check. She also suggested checking at another Bomgaars in a nearby town. Another clerk was at holding the door open for easy exit.
