I love this store! Calem has a super wide selection of juices and literally the best quality for the cheapest price. He is always friendly and has always corrected any problems I had. He is very knowledgeable about all his products, will be honest about his opinion on the juices, and even has fun fact product knowledge on some of the juices that impressed me. The V8P juices are made with organic vegetable glycerin and and working on creating an all organic juice. I was like Wow! And it was excellent. Two locations makes it super convenient for me and I recommend this place to everyone!

I have never felt so frustrated before with a store. I purchased a device 9 days ago with 2 new batteries and was happy with the device until yesterday. I went to put the batteries on the charger and their was battery acid in the device. I brought it back with the receipt and batteries so show what had happened and was promptly told that I must have put the batteries in wrong (I have been vaping and using mods with batteries for years) and the employee even felt the need to instruct to me what side was positive and which side was negative. I feel disrespected and disappointed because I have been starting to become a regular at the store. All I wanted was the device exchanged and now I don’t see myself ever coming back.

Much better now that it has switched owners. Still getting their feet planted, but the new owner is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Lounge seating is pretty comfy and the e-liquid selection is diverse, if not wide.

The staff, more importantly the manager is very knowledgeable. I like the fact that he's up on all the new technology in the hobby. Have yet to find a question he can't answer. I think he likes banana flavored stuff too much 😲🤣😂 haha but he's someone who is want on my team to run a business. Props to Atomic!

As far as a brick& mortar goes, you can walk in and buy stuff here.I bought a mod last week to replace my two year old baby and asked what the return policy is. "30 days, come on back if it's defective". Not "only defective", not "all sales are final"...30 days. Well, the mod I'm now stuck with is missing the temp lock feature I'm used to. Seriously! Who sells vape mods that DON'T lock?!Plus, this place sells batteries for twice the price online. Blah.

Horrible customer service, when I went in the guy wouldn't even hang up is cell phone to talk to me, didn't even answer my question and sent me to another store. I bought a Reuleaux RX200s less than a month ago, by week two the mod was burning up my coils within two days max, then the flavor became very muted and disgusting. Thinking it was the tank they did swap it out. Two weeks later the same issue has begun to happen again. I had to basically force this guy to send my mod back in to get it fixed.

This is one of the best vape shops in Central Iowa. Unlike some others in the area, the products are priced on the shelf, the staff is friendly, very knowlegable, and willing to help in any way they can. Ejuice prices are the best we've found in a brick and morter store and they also have a great rewards program for repeat customers. We also found Atomic Cloud tops in standing behind the products they sell. Kudos to everyone involved in providing our area with an A+ establishment.

Prices are sky high. Selection is limited. 15-20 dollars more for a mod than any other shop. Employees are hit or miss. Ive dealt with a couple who are great but a lot of the time the other ones look at you like you're a bother to them.

You have the guy with dirty long finger nail who likes to think he is very knowledgeable about the products, though I've received the wrong atomizers multiple times. There's a tattooed gentleman who I could barley understand because he had a huge dip in his mouth. He also told me to hit my new MOD like a weed pipe. I've been insulted and disgusted by this store and I've only been in four times. If CIV is the Walmart of vapes (as said by a Maple Vape employee) then Maple Vape is a failing Kmart. Thank you, Maple Vape for being no help at all and letting a customer walk out the door.

I have a shelf full of crap I have tried from there and refuse to use and it is all crap not even the employees vape their juice. I swear the employees push a bunch of junk on you that they want to get rid of. Wont stop in here. I buy everything online now. So much for buying local.
