Had a fantastic experience working with Ryan Meyer getting into my new Fiesta! He was very helpful finding a solid budget and working with what I needed. He shot me straight and did not try to oversell or put me in something I couldn’t afford. He worked out a great deal and everything went so smooth! We bought a new blazer rs in november 2023 from Willis Chevrolet. Then with only 4,000 miles it was totaled..Willis Chevrolet handled the process from the body shop to helping us locate a replacement vehicle which they did not have in stock. Somehow they came up with the blazer we wanted and made the process as simple as anyone could ask for...Willis will always be our first choice in the future! They went above and beyond for us!!

This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have had over the 9 cars we have purchased through the metro. The entire process was exceptional from start to finish and I believe the staff Ryan, Nick, and Austin was what made the experience. To start Ryan had our desired car ready to drive right when we arrived, to which he handed us the keys and asked if we had any questions. I appreciated being able to test drive without sales in the car so we could experience the car without being talked to. When we returned we were greeted by Ryan and he was was eager to help us with any questions to which Ryan was knowledgeable of the car features. Then comes the numbers part with Nick, this process was very transparent. The numbers discussion was clear and understandable as a seller of a trade and buyer of a new car the transparency made us feel we they wanted us as a customer for life vs getting taken advantage of with long drawn out sales negotiation tactics. This entire process would have taken 1.5 hrs in and out from test drive to off the lot, then came the next part, as we had to head home to pick up kids and get trade paperwork as we didn't expect to move so quicky. The staff stayed late so we could drive away in our new car. Our experience with Austin, to finalize the deal explained everything thoroughly and was very flexible when any barriers arose. During this time our kids where being entertained by Nick so Austin could help us. Again, I cannot be thankful enough for this experience. Thank you Ryan, Nick, and Austin.

Ross assisted me with purchasing a replacement vehicle, great person to work with & speak to, made the transaction easy and seamless with him being my first point of contact. Austin & Charlie were part of the team that I worked with on financing, smooth process. Can't forget Leslie smiling and helping with contacting internal Staff as needed. When I took delivery of my vehicle it was extremely clean, not one area was untouched. What a great Team to work with at Willis Chevrolet. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, look no further. I was treated fairly, with respect, and everyone at the dealership exceeded all of my expectations; a true red carpet experience. If you’re tired of pushy car salesmen, getting treated like everyone is doing you a favor, and feeling ripped off in the end… do yourself a favor and go see Brad and all the wonderful people at Willis Chevrolet. Even the finance manager, Austin Parks, was a pleasure to work with This has completely rewritten what I think about buying a vehicle. I’m never sure if Willis follows Chevrolet’s guidance on items to check at each service visit. On 3/2, the advisor admitted that “some technicians have other ideas on what to do”. Nonsense, they all should follow the manufacturer’s guidance. That is the reason I bring my Chevy to the dealer. Once, I had to replace a U Joint because technicians at a quick lube place didn’t know there was a grease zerk on it. I’ve taken vehicles to a dealer since then. The situation at Willis makes me wonder if that’s still a good idea. Willis: get this problem straightened out, or you’ll lose me as a customer.

The Granger dealership has been friendly and helpful so giving them 5 stars, because they have done all they can to help, but Waukee and Wes Des Moines experiences I give 1 star to. I appreciate Granger service personally seeing what expenses GM is willing to cover for 3 of the 4 issues I’ve had in the last year. However I have been very displeased with the customer service of management at Waukee where I purchased the vehicle as well as with Willis upper management. Within one year of purchasing an initially 35000 mile, 2019 Chevy Trax I have had 4 significant repairs totaling $2700, including a $1700 repair just outside of 30 day coverage window, and with no attempt to my knowledge to see if GM would cover any part of the expense, being repaired at the West Des Moines location. I could not afford extended coverage when purchasing the vehicle and I have never had to spend any money on repairs for the two other vehicles I have bought with similar miles within the first 3-5 years of owning them. Waukee management has not returned my calls after leaving multiple messages for them and has never spoken to me directly when I have visited their location. And Willis upper management has not responded to my last two emails after initially emailing me that they would try and help me find a solution. I don’t know why they haven’t responded, but I have been nothing but polite and professional with my attempts to contact them simply asking if there are any options, such as an increased trade in value regarding the unusually high expenses I’ve faced with this vehicle in such a short amount of time. To date the only help that has been offered outside the costs GM has covered through Granger’s checking, is a standard trade in value, and a waved diagnostic fee for two of my four repairs, which I am grateful for, but when considering the expenses I have had, it has been very little help in my opinion.

I’d been researching pick-up trucks for several weeks to determine what to buy. Upon stopping in Willis Chevrolet in Granger I spoke with Bernardo Pantoja and Nic Alex. They were very knowledgeable and professional.They put together the best price I have seen on these trucks so I bought one that day. Austin Parks found me a great financing rate and affordable extended warranty. I’m very happy with this process and the truck itself. Willis is a great place to buy a vehicle.

I’ve had two great experiences with Willis automotive. They purchased a vehicle from me in 2022, they were fair on purchase price as well as coming to pick up the vehicle and transition of funds.It came full beginning of this year when I was on the search for a truck. It just so happened Willis had exactly what I was looking for at an extremely competitive price.I worked with Brad out of Willis Chevrolet, he was more than helpful and went above and beyond making sure I had any information I needed since I was buying almost sight unseen, I live 5 hours from dealership.There was no pressure sales, only giving me any answers to questions I had about the vehicle. Brad set the standard for car sales.I also wanted An extended warranty, they did what they could to meet a quote I found online and worked with me to get the best deal.Hopefully your experience is as great as mine with Willis.

I bought my Blazer back in '21, and Ross Marshall was my sales rep for Willis of Granger. It was hard to find stock back then due to the computer chip issue, so this was the 3rd of 4th place I looked. They were able to get me the sub-model that I wanted (RS). Everything went great in the sale and they had my vehicle wrapped with ppf. I've got about 78k miles on it now and it's purring like a kitten.Ross worked with me personally during the sales process and wrap installation and I was extremely satisfied with everything.Currently, I'm trying to get an issue with my extended warranty resolved and he's already moving mountains to figure it out for me.This guy deserves a medal. This isn't the first time I've had to contact him for help with my vehicle, after the sale was finished and he collected his cut. (by now for sure) Yet he's still, and has been since day one, willing to work with me to get my questions answered and my issues resolved. (even out of state! I moved to Michigan!)I could understand maybe a couple times post-sale, to show the customer you care, or even five or six times, just to go the extra mile. This guy went the extra STATE, not just the extra mile.I swear he's gotta mumble under his breath, "jeeze, this guy again.." (Lol, I'm kidding he's too nice to do that.) every time I call him or text him. For this, he deserves recognition by everyone for an outstanding job well done. I see a future president of sales in the making. 😎😀Let's give a shout out to Ross Marshall, VIP Employee of the Decade (in my opinion).In all seriousness, thank you so much for your help and I hope you get 365 sales this year.Everyone, go to Willis Chevrolet of Granger and ask for Ross Marshall. Small town dealer with small town values. I am so impressed with how Michael Hunt and the rest of the team at Beneventi Chevrolet treated me throughout my car buying process. Buying a car out of state can be difficult but Michael was quick and responsive to all my requests. If I wanted a picture of a certain area of the car or a walk around video - Michael was on top of it. Buying a car 1,800 miles away can seem daunting, but the team at Beneventi made it easy and made me feel special throughout the whole process. The car is absolutely stunning. 900 miles away and totally worth it!I purchased a Colorado a few months ago. Called up the dealership and spoke with Michael Hunt. Due to being out of state, we arranged the purchase over the phone. I flew into the area and the dealership picked me up at the airport. The process at the dealership was easy and I was on my way in no time.There were a few “challenges” that took several weeks to resolve.
