Recently purchased a used suv from Granger Motors!! From start to finish it was a breeze!! I was very satisfied with having Amanda for our sales lady!!! She took great care in keeping us informed and answered all our questions!!! We had a couple issues that needed fixed and the service department wasted no time in getting the car in tip top shape and even gave us a loaner vehicle!!!! We live in Altoona and will definitely use Granger Motors for our car buying and service needs!

Wow! Granger Ford has completely restored my faith in car dealerships! I never thought I would say that. They did exactly what they said they would do. GREAT price! Great people to work with! I am VERY satisfied with my 2024 Explorer purchase through Granger Motors! I worked with Amanda Wuebker, and she was amazing!! Very down to earth, and she was so compassionate of my situation. My husband had suffered a medical emergency while driving, and our 2022 Explorer was a total loss. Amanda fought hard to get me back into a brand new safe vehicle again! :) I am also giving a shout-out to Anthony, as he worked hard on this deal as well for our family. Amanda and Anthony saw my need, and they made it possible for me!I will be back to Granger Motors in the future for all of my vehicle needs!

I had a great no pressure and seamless purchase of my 2024 F250 at Granger Ford. I traded in my 2015 F150 at Granger, so my wife and I drove from Las Vegas to Granger Iowa in that truck and drove my new truck back to Vegas! And I would do it again in a heartbeat. Traveling for the holidays and stopped there for a 20000 service and walked in. A sales person approached and I explained that my mother in law lives close and I just need an oil change. He said I have to call them to schedule it and looked at me like I was from a different planet. Never offered the number to call or pointed me in the direction of the service department.Anyone can sell a new vehicle but the service afterwards is what matters to me. I have several work trucks all Ram tradesmen but I personally owned a 2020 longhorn with everything and currently own a 2022 Ram Limited. I went to Stew Hansen 18 minutes away and they got me in right away.

Great experience ordering and picking up a 2024 Ford F150 from Granger Motors. Chip and Shelby were fantastic throughout the process. Everything was straight forward, easy, and the best experience I've had dealing with a auto dealer. I live in Virgina and it was well worth the trip to Iowa to pick up the vehicle.

I'm in Minneapolis, and I ordered a new RAM 1500 from Granger because of the price and their reputation, even though they're 4 hours away. Everyone I spoke to, emailed, and finally met in person clearly enjoys their job. It was a nice experience and a I got a good deal besides.

My ordering and purchase experience with Granger Motors exceeded my expectations. I had already built and priced my configuration when I started my quest for a dealership to order and purchase my vehicle. I cast a wide net, and found no dealerships within my state, or adjoining states, that was willing to work with me on price. That was until I came across Granger Motors. They were offering a price package that offered me substantial savings. Then, when the vehicle came in, Granger Motors made the additional effort to find me every incentive that could be applied, to further reduce my purchase price. I flew in, completed the purchase, and drove away a very satisfied customer.

Don't hesitate to buy from Granger Motors in Iowa. They were great from start to finish. I wish they were a local dealer for me because I'm sure their service would be just as top notch. They found rebates without me having to ask and honored their quote when I ordered new without any hidden markups.

All the finance guy cared about is selling you a warranty. He tells you it’s a great family owned dealership, but is nothing but pushy and rude… would not let me tell him no. Furthermore when asked he said the warranty is through the dealership…It’s not it’s through a company in Texas. Did not tell me my interest rate or credit score without me asking. After I asked I said I could get a better rate than that. He rudely stated I was wrong and I couldn’t. Within 3 days of buying the vehicle I had switched the loan with more than a percent less interest rate. Awful experience would never return.

Cassidy was so good helping my friend buy his new Dodge. Then I went to her to order my new F250. She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure that it got ordered correctly. High praise to her and her team. Shortly after that we ordered a PHEV Escape and Cassidy called me up and said she had a car that we might love. My wife went crazy for it and it came home with us. It is so smooth and quiet. It will be a while before we need to put gas in it!

Had a great experience working with Beau Norgaard at Granger Motors a couple weeks ago. It was the first time I made a vehicle purchase from out of states. I live in Oregon and the process was very easy to get the deal put together. I used Uship to get the vehicle transported and it was also very easy. Thanks again and the new Ram TRX deal.

Last month we saw a couple vehicles we were interested in on Granger Motors’ website. We reached out around 8PM about a 2014 Toyota Sienna and Samantha immediately reached out to get something scheduled the next day. It was a longer drive we hadn’t yet committed to, but she was flexible and made sure the vehicle was ready either way. We did test drive the Sienna and there were a few things we weren’t 100% about considering we were coming from a smooth driving 2019 Ford Fusion. We inquired about the 2013 Dodge Durango we saw online, and they were happy to have us take a spin with it. It was so fresh and clean despite us not having mentioned it until arrival. It was such a nice vehicle and felt as new as my car despite being 10 years old with some outdated tech. We did our first small spin at negotiation which they were kind about. We ended up exchanging our paid off Ford Fusion for a paid off Dodge Durango with absolutely no cash exchanged. We knew we wanted to find something now that had more seats, would last 5+ years, and the convenience of buying/selling through a dealership. You can’t beat our experience and being in/out of a dealership within less than 2 hours! It was worth going this route than the guesswork and wait of selling privately online. We truly think it was a win win situation and had such a great experience with everyone at Granger Motors! We have no doubt we’ll look here again if we’re in the market someday.

My husband and I had a great experience at this dealership. Beau Norgaard was the nice gentleman who actually met us at the door before entering the building. Is go getter attitude is refreshing. He spent a lot of time with us as we explored the new Ford Maverick truck. From the test drive to answering all our questions. He was professional & kind & educated on the vehicle. More salespeople should model their skills after Beau’s. We didn’t purchase anything that night but will definitely consider this truck in our future and will not hesitate purchasing it from Granger Motors if we can deal with Beau.

Granger Ford was simply amazing. I purchased my F150 and saved nearly $10K under MSRP. They responded with a phone call 30 minutes after I inquired about a specific vehicle by email ( two local dealers still haven’t answered my email 4 1/2 months later) and 30 minutes after that call I had an amazing quote with huge savings. I ordered my vehicle and picked it up from them even though they were 1200 mile drive for me back to my home. It was worth the effort.Oh! They also found some amazing financing that I didn’t even know was available from Ford. It was also a pleasure to deal with each member of the Granger team from sales to financing to delivery. They were polite, responsive, and performed everything expertly. Reading, reviewing and signing all the purchase and financing documents at home at my leisure was also much less stressful than having to trust the local dealer finance guys who wait while you sign your life away.Don’t hesitate to talk to Granger about your Ford purchase and think about it. I’ll bet you will be impressed and you might even be willing to drive even further to take your new vehicle back to your home.

We picked up our Maverick here last week after ordering it in 2021. We love the truck and we really enjoyed the buying process at Granger. Samantha and Shelby were very helpful and there was no up sell at all. I really can't say enough good things about Granger and the Granger team. None of the dealers around me could even be bothered to call me back when ordering. Granger not only replied immediately but had a great deal as well. We will definitely let everyone we now how impressive Granger is and why they should drive to Iowa for great deals and great customer service.

Grainger motors helped us with a used SUV for my wife, we came in unannounced and wanted to look at a used Cadillac, we were excited to purchase the car and were met with an outstanding staff starting with Cassidy Peterson & ending with Arin Jackson, they were amazing, they helped us through the process and made it easy. Also the manager Zach was very helpful and communicated with us after the sale as well when we had follow up questions.We would defiantly purchase again from Grainger Motors!

The process of ordering and buying a car was so easy, my sales rep Ashleigh was great to work with. Financing was just as easy, Shelby had everything ready to go. Just a few signatures and I was out the door. They even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. It was well worth the 400 mile drive back. I wish buying a car was this easy at any dealership, but Granger is just better at it apparently.

Reserved a Bronco like 1000 others. Ford took sweet time delivering. Granger was excellent during the entire process. Quick responses to lots of questions through email. Followed through on all pricing offers , no smacking the buyer with “market adjustments” upon delivery. Financing team was great. Very ez paperwork. Taking Delivery was awesome. I can’t imagine buying from anyone else.. Added a picture , they left it dirty because I asked them to not wash it from transport. Love the Granger team.

Granger Ford is the only place people should go to buy a new Ford. Unbeatable prices. Spectacular sales staff. No pressure or unwanted calls because their straight forward pricing sells the vehicles on their own. Well worth the 4 hour drive. I'd fly across the country to save the money that I saved at Granger, and many people do! Granger was recommended by several of my co-workers, and I recommended Granger to my brother, who also ordered an F-150 from them.

A perfect car dealership doesn't exist.....wait till you deal with these guys. Kudos to Mr. Westrum for having set up such a moral, costumer centric car dealership in a beautiful small town of America.We ordered a TRX sitting in our home California from them and the process was seamless from start till the end. Absolutely like it's the Amazon of car dealerships.Shelby and the sales staff (Jessica) were absolutely great and easy to work with and I only wish every car dealer was like Granger.The only weak point in the whole deal was their finance guy: Eric D Slings, who tried to hoodwink us into applying with them for financing by using a flimsy excuse that they don't accept check from out credit union, which made no sense as all bankers checks are the same. I didn't like him lying to us and making up a flimsy excuse for his a sweeter deal. It was easy to see Eric was confusing his William Penn University for U Penn. If I have one piece of advise for Mr. Westrum is to let go for Mr. Slings and hire someone as awesome as your other staff, which were all incredible.HIGHLY recommend Granger.

I live in California. Special Ordered my Rubicon from factory, and picked it up at Granger Motors. Wonderful dealership, nice and clean. Easy to work with sales force, Go Brittny, Go Jasmyn!! and easy to work with, talk to and understand finance department too, Go Eric.Picked up my brand new sparkling clean Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, the day after a 10 inches of snow.Highly recommend Granger Motors, they make buying cars easy.

Granger is hands down the best Ford dealer in the country. They will treat you fairly, price their vehicles fairly (not all this market adjustment stuff we see too often) and will respect you along the way. The Maverick's an awesome vehicle.
