Nice people working in the store. Very clean store and looks very nice inside. I usually only go here if I forgot something while at hyvee fareway or Wal-Mart. I think they may go there (hyvee Wal-Mart fareway) as well and get the great deals and come back to resell them for 2 to 3 times the purchase price. Which I'm sure is how the money is made but hey if they weren't doing it someone else would be. Close to convenient store prices. Thats my only complaint. Nothing else.

For a small town grocery store it has a lot of items. Fresh cut deli meat, ribeye and sirloin steaks, pork chops, minute steaks, roasts, and pork cutlets. You can also call ahead for orders and larger special orders. Plenty of frozen foods from pizzas, Arcadia meats, ice cream...etc. Lots of dairy, produce and drink ideas.

Just went to Glidden Grocery..I had seen the Roberto Pizza they had available on facebook..anxious to try them..So fun visiting a small town grocery store again...Glidden you are very fortunate to have this in your community!!
