I do love swinging by when I need a few things. Folks are always friendly and the store is clean. Selection is limited, but its a small town, small space location, so don't walk in expecting metro Hyvee. Even so, parking in the square on an afternoon visit just feels like being home. Limited selection doesn't mean they don't have what you need. Just might be different than what you want. If you are in the area and need a few things, give it a try. You'll enjoy the small town grocer for what it is...... A place for community to shop!

Keep an eye on expired or near expired food cause several times I've boughten yogurt or some kind of dairy product for my kids and it's past the expiration date

No frills usually has what I need, it is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Aisles are not packed with stuff that makes shopping annoying. Prices are comparable with other grocery stores in the area.

Used to be the best store around. Went down hill to the worst when no-frills took over. Prices are too high, Russ's alot cheaper. Store usually dirty and never enough cashier's. Have found items outdated anywhere from 6 days to 3 weeks including meat & dairy. No frills needs too sell out to another company who knows how to run a grocery store. I guess they thought a new coat of paint and switching the store around would improve things. Only managed to upset what few customers they still have. Between their price gouging and having to wait on cashier who is halfway across the store stocking shelves before I can check out had all I can take of this rip off store. Do all my shopping at Russ's. Prices cheaper and don't have to have a stupid little card to get sale prices/discounts.

Great little small town market. They have all your essentials. They're lacking a bit in freshness unfortunately but they have all the basics and they're open early.

Store is very dirty and smells awful. The bathroom is so small and dirty as well. High prices, with little to no options on cheaper brands. Customer service is very lacking. Worst of all we had to check everything for the right dates we got two things in one trip that where expired! We won't be back.

I love shopping here because they have wide variety of items in this very huge store. It's very clean the employees are very friendly and it doesn't get overcrowded like some of the other overpriced places whom I won't name. I do love super saver I drive there all the way from Omaha becausez I like the steaks and other things

Place has aged a lot in a very few years. Nice people to help you but building is old and a bit dated. If you have a choice, you may be better served at other grocery store in town.

Prices are always higher here. Service is rarely very good. Dates are always closer. Selection is not what it could be. And, in my opinion, the store always feels dingy and dirty. It's an old place and they said they were going to rebuild a few years ago, but it was just a game they were playing so another big chain didn't come to town.There is another option in town and is the only place I will go from now on. This trip was just one more shot I was trying to give them, buy just reassured me why I don't go there.

I stopped into the store today to buy two quarts of milk and to ask the manager if they were still taking money to help out people who needed it to put food on their tables.I was in a hurry I couldn't find my mask and I left it in my car, as I was just going to slip in by the two quarts of milk make a donation and be out of there. I asked to see the manager or the owner and I believe it was Mr Mulholland to come out. He immediately threw up his arms in the air and said you have to m a mask in here and told me to get out. I apologized to him but this would only take a second I need to ask him a question. He continued to rant so that the customers could all hear him.I turned to make my purchase and give my donation so I could get away from this terrible situation quickly. I walked away with my head hung in shame and feeling like a Leper.Needless to say, I won't be returning to your store at allCl

I absolutely LOVE this store! No Frills inside an old building in “downtown” Glenwood. The store has a homey feel...like old time butcher’s or family run grocery store. They even have a man to carry out your groceries! Happy to not face another teenager disenchanted and moping around the store not knowing up from down AND certainly those kids don’t offer/insist on taking your groceries out for you. Happy to see Glenwood has an alternative to the only other grocery store in town...”Thrifty”- (something or other). Those guys are a rip off! Thank you No Frills for a better shopping experience.

Produce has always been sub par. Last 5 years meat quality and selection has declined severely. Small cramped store, keep waiting for someone to build a decent supermarket in town

The store itself is nice easy to navigate however the poeple of Glenwood are extremely rude inpatient and self centered every time I have went to this location I'll sit waiting for a spot and Everytime someone comes and wips into the spot I'm waiting for last time I waited for someone to back out of a spot on the right side of me with my signal on and someone rushed across traffic in front of the reversing car to take the spot .and there is more to people being rude to my 11 year old almost everything in Glenwood is unwelcomeing du to the residents
