Dr Bruce shupanitz is top notch . We have been a patron for too many years to count. Every visit has not been pleasant but bruce has always been honest and professional . I can say he has been able to extend/save the life of more than several of our pets ethically and resonably

We spent a week hunting (out of state trip) and one of our dogs came down with a fever, cough, and decreased appetite on day 5. We called and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They immediately called back and said that if we brought her in right away and left her, they would fit her in in-between surgery. We dropped her off, went to the local coffee shop and in under an hour the vet called to tell us results and how we needed to treat and that she was ready for pickup. After first dose of meds she was already more perky. Very grateful for their care and that they called back. Nice people and worth the short drive to Garner to get the care she needed.Before our trip I had looked up emergency vets, and when I called them, they said they were not open 24 hours, but you call and leave a message and the doctor would get back to you. Glad I found them and had it in my phone.

Very kind staff. They were there for us when we lost our precious Gucci, and did everything they could to make her final hours comfortable and helped us. They are just as helpful and wonderful now with our new member of the fam, Chaco.

Fantastic place, I am a trucker and while walking my dog one morning he pulled out of his harness. He has never done that before. Well he decided that it was time for a run and no time like the present. Gone.. yep, I looked for over 1/2 an hr worried sick. Thankfully he has a microchip and a tag. I talked to the clinic and they agreed to take him until I could return later that day, if he was found. I am happy that a kind person found him and called his Home Again number from his tag. They took him to the clinic for me and later that afternoon I was able to be reunited with him. I would definitely return here if my dog were to need veterinary care. Thank you so very much.

Dr. Bruce is a great vet and very caring. He treated us excellent when we had to put our cat Mayhem down. We will continue to take all of our animals there from now on.

I had them as my Vet for 18 years. After 18 years I had to put both my dogs down. One in February and one in December of the same year. VERY compassionate people. I'm not getting another pet but if I did, they would be my vet.

By far the best bet in North Iowa, he treats my cat like he knows it’s a part of my family, not just a pet. Very reasonably priced and responds in an emergency without seeming bothered by it.

Tami and Perry are the best. They are patient and caring with your pets and understand that going to the vet's office even for a routine visit can be stressful for your fur baby. You never feel like just a number. They take the time to learn your pets names and how they feel most comfortable to be held during a exam or nail trimming. They even ask about your baby when they see you out and about....

Dr Bruce is a very caring person, we had to put our 16+ year old dog to sleep. When we got home from work we could see that he was suffering, we called and he made arrangements so we could do it after hours. Thanks.

Cash only at time of service. My dog was itching and had a rash...vet came in gave him a shot, gave me some spray to put on the area. Service was quick and friendly. But the vet never explained why or what would cause such an ailment. Just said if it's not cleared up in a week please return. Hmmmmm.... sorry but I for one like to be informed of the cause of something and how to prevent it from reoccurring again. Not being told well give us a call if it's not cleared up. What If the shot and spray didnt work and my dog is still having problems....think I'll go somewhere else and get a more informed answer. It was the last appointment of the day tho. So that's one thing to consider. But still.
