Not quite sure what's going on with this store anymore. Have given them a couple of opportunities to help. The staff recommended parts that were completely and absurdly wrong for the parts I needed. Thought maybe it was just a bad opportunity so I gave them a couple of more tries over the summer and was very disappointed each time.I thought maybe it was just a coincide but it was not I reached out to them for a warranty problem with a furnace that they installed two years ago and they said no we don't deal with that anymore you're on your own.Highly recommend you avoid this store at all costs there is another hardware store in town that is much more knowledgeable and does everything that you need them to do.Will never step foot in Brothers Ace hardware again.

Garner is very blessed to have this awesome hardware store.They have everything you need from a snack to window washer fluid to antifreeze.The guys that work there are awesome and incredibly helpful.Went there today which is Sunday and they were awesome.Thank heaven for Kramer hardware in Garner.Thank you for being here

We refilled propane here and were shocked and disappointed at their policies! They charge for a full refill, no matter how much your tank may have in it. The associate who helped us, overfilled the tank which is a potential safety hazard, especially in warm weather. And to top it off, they charged us $18 bucks for this! Twice the amount we typically pay for a 20lb tank refill. This is definitely one of those times where I wish zero stars was an option!

The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. Although they didn't have what we were needing at the time, he sent us in the right direction. Definitely is my preferred local hardware store.

The employees always say a genuine hello as you enter and offer to assist which saves me time and is very helpful. They usually have what I want or are able to order it in.Very happy with the store and continue to go back.
