This store has become a staple in our town. They fill the gap between our two other stores. From hunting and sport shooting to apparel that isn't found without going out of town. They carry a large assortment of pet foods and always have some on sale. They have live poultry sales in the spring and offer bees and beekeeping supplies. It's nice not having to drive out of town for a lot of stuff.

Got some baby chicks from here. They always have a good variety of chicks during chicks days and of course all the needs to go with it. In the spring time they also offer fish for sale that you can buy to stock your pond. They got your outdoor needs covered.

Kind of pricey but sometimes has good sales, service I kind of hit or miss asked a guy if they sole hole saws and he was looking for a power tool. Checkout can be iffy, might be slow, might get someone who can't work the computer, you never now.

Went to the Fort Madison store in search of two lawn chairs that weren’t in stock in Keokuk. This was the first time I’d been in the Fort Madison store so it not being familiar to me, the chairs weren’t jumping out at me. I was walking back to the front of the store to ask someone where they might be when I ran across Judy facing the shelves in the footwear aisles who asked if she could help me find anything, I said you sure can. Judy gets 10 stars from me on her customer service. She’s got an excellent personality and was one of the most pleasant people I’ve dealt with in a long time. If you’ve got questions or need help in the Fort Madison store, hopefully you run into Judy. Excellent experience.

This place gives me a weird twilight zone vibe as soon as I walk through the door. Freaking weird, like your I'm a time warp and everything just seems grey .Service is horrible minus the guy in tools and home and garden .The check out counter is mundane and I feel m being judged all the time even though I spend a lot of money there .I would recommend turning that horrible music off, hire more employees instead of secret shoppers who don't help either and change the whole atmosphere in that place ..i feel like I am walking into my old factory job when I'm there and can't wait to leave

Nice clean store, great customer service, plenty of variety and nice atmosphere. I mainly shop here for pet supplies but I enjoy walking around looking at all the stuff here. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The manager of this store is an angry creature who is rude and a horrible racist. I think people this racist should not hold jobs dealing with the public. The rest of the staff are great. I loved shopping here until the manager ruined everything one day being racist to me. I feel sorry for the employees. The guy is like the devil. I will not set foot into this store again until I find out if the manager moved on. Maybe to prison.

Great Farm and Home store, a little bigger than the one in Keokuk perhaps. A male employee was a little rude to me ( had to help me with fencing outside on a hot day and wasn't feeling it) but the manager is swooped in and quickly put an end to all of that nonsense. Her responsiveness more than made up for any inconvenience and I doubt the problem would happen again to anybody. Good for her! I'll be back.

Had everything we wanted except for one thing that we couldn't find. But Huffman's didn't have it either so we felt like it was a success. You like the new store and how it's laid out and all the inventory but the prices are still a little high for our area. If the prices were 10% lower we give them 5 stars but as it is they only get 4 stars. We're in a pandemic and they could be a little more compassionate

I lost my husband at Farm and Home. You see, my husband has Dementia. Within less than five minutes one person saw him in our car. They went to keep him company and then brought him inside.Meanwhile, almost every employee went throughout the store looking for him. I thanked everyone profusely. Each person said it hadn't been any trouble at all.I found their inventory to be large and reasonably priced. The store was so clean it sparkled.I could continue to sing its praises. However, my first paragraph speaks for itself. The kindness shown by the people there will never be forgotten. The store has my business for life.

I like the selection here. Great tool selection, and the sporting goods area is always a favorite to visit. Most departments here seem to be well stocked with a wide variety of products. Prices are comparable to other stores.

Excellent experience today! My friend & I were looking for an oriole feeder by the bird feeders. A Near by employee politely said that they were down by the humming bird feeders. She took us to the area & also pointed out that the bird berry jelly! She exceeded our expectations! Awesome!

They have lots of supplies for dogs and cats to chose from. That is my main reason for going .It's so hard finding cats food . This last time they were short on wet cat food . But the people are helpful getting things for me I'm very short . Plus older .
