And he had this beautiful washer and dryer, set a Samsung, smart washer and dryer that I’m in love with. they delivered my washer and dryer to me. Installed it to make sure that it was working well explain it very well to me. It took less 30 minutes to take out and replace my new dryer. Before they installed in a tight fit, Kathy scrubbed the floor and made sure it was sparkly clean. The old dryer was there for over 23 years so it was pretty nasty. Great people and great service. Thank you Steve and Kathy

And again Steve and his staff at Like new Appliances has came to my rescue, after a pair of costly repairs the old dryer finally gave up again! The week before Christmas of all times, and at the end of the day. Gave Steve a call and although he was farr out still making deliveries he made the call and got me set-up for a pickup of a new dryer and again and again it was well into my price point. And again Steve's last words were, no worries on disposing of my old unit! Just drop it off and I'll take care of that problem also. Now that's what I'm talking about, Service ,Service, Service. We are very pleased with our new refrigerator. Steve has something for everyone. They have used refrigerators to new refrigerators with a few dents. We were in need of a refrigerator for the garage and got a really nice new refrigerator. The sale process was very quick and delivery was quick also. They even came and picked up our old refrigerator and hauled it away to recycle. We have been recommending him to friends and family if they are in need to check them out. Steve was our first stop to check out refrigerators. We checked out a couple other places, but ended up back at Steve’s. Save yourself the time and money—shop and buy from Steve!

My wife and I were looking for a washing machine to replace one that started to fail. We looked at a number of locations in the Fort Dodge and Des Moines areas from big retailers to smaller shops. We found Steve and his wife to be the most helpful in listening and working with us to find just the right replacement washing machine for us. We delivered the failing machine to Steve and picked up a new washing machine to take home. I installed the new washing machine and then went online to to register the warranty with the manufacturer.The new washing machine is excellent. We will check with Steve and his wife for any replacement appliance needs in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone we know for an appliance need.

He then followed up a week later to make sure all was working. Helped me find the light bulb that had shook loose. I highly recommend. I will be shopping with Steve for all my appliances for home and my rental property. Good service these days is hard to come by but Steve goes above and beyond.
